We had a great stay

The staff here were all very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and quick. The building is pretty standard, but there was a really good daily breakfast that had a great selection. There were high chairs and places to sit to eat. The rooms were standard. Could use some upgrading but looked clean for the most part. We stayed here and commuted into Salem. It was a very budget friendly choice and ultimately a good one at that.

Pleasant stay, nice location with good access. Breakfast was very nice, included eggs, sausage, and waffles, and the normal cereals and more.

Did the job. Room maintenance was spotty; a huge mirror fell off its hook in the middle of the night creating a freighting crash. But otherwise ok. GM was on vacation, the remaining employees seemed a little lost.

Just an overnight for wedding further south, but very happy with the short stay. Very comfortable room with amenities. Well stocked grab and go grocery area. Impressive breakfast area and selection. Would definitely stay again!

Very convenient to NH beaches. Affordable. Easy parking and a good hot breakfast. (scrambled eggs, omelets, 2 kinds of sausage, potatoes, waffles)

Curtains were stained and the carpet felt like it needed a good steam clean, otherwise no complaints. The breakfast was better than most with hot dishes, as well as the usual cold items. We were very conveniently located for traveling up into Maine and down to Boston, as well as the NH coast area.

The room was very clean, everything was comfortable. The only main issue we had was the front desk gave another couple keys with our room number and access to our room. The couple gained access in to our room while we were in there and it caused a very uneasy feeling.

Normally like hotel for location and affordability. Price went up and the room they gave us looked like it had water damage at one point and was a bad repair. They cut corners on the Reno bc the tile floors were coming and in level. Tough to close the bathroom door. Not great. Also when trying to call for information, they were not available to pick up the phone, had to try a couple of times just to ask one question almost as if they couldn’t be bothered to those who were calling.
While there, the staff was courteous and were quick to service the breakfast area. But rarely saw staff available when you need towels for the pool. Not sure why the towels were in the front desk instead of in the pool area. Overall we had better experiences in this hotel.

This is one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed at. This was a girls beach trip & the location was 15 minutes from Hampton Beach & Salisbury Beach. The place was super clean& the beds very comfy. The breakfast saved us some money since it included scrambled eggs & sausages as well as waffles & fruit & cereal.

This property surpassed the BW In Northampton. We stayed there two years in a row and had multiple problems (like shower curtain falling on my head). The BW in Seabrook was, by far, a much more pleasant stay.

Room wasn’t ready for check in time. We were told to go drive around for another hour so they could clean the room. Also disappointed in our “suite.” Misleading advertisement.

Hotel has a little wear but over all very clean. The breakfast was above average with a nice variety of breakfast foods including eggs, sausage and ham as well as a waffle maker.

We had a girls weekend and had a nice stay there. The beach was nearby and many restaurants also. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a varity of items. The only complaint is the coffee was not very good.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was incredible, beds comfortable and staff accommodating. All the employees work hard to please the guest and keep the place spotless. I was highly impressed with the facility. The only drawback was getting our room made up. It were gone all day to return to an unmade room at 5pm. Eventually, the room did get made up.

we arrived the hotel at 2:45PM , and we can't get in the room until 3:30PM. We hanged out in the lobby for the room to get ready.

This place is a clean, quiet perfectly serviceable hotel that is convenient by car to all beaches in the area (Salisbury, Seabrook, and Hampton) and easy quick jaunt to Maine.

Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, they replenish the food very fast. Housekeeping people are very nice, they empty our trash and change towels everyday.

We had a handicap room. I needed to be on the 1st floor or near an elevator. The room wasn't exactly close to the entrance where you park, but not too bad. The shower was ridiculous - the whole bathroom floor had water. The room was very nice, the amenities were good - ask for extra towels - they only give 2 per room. It was very quiet and very close to both Hampton Beach and Salisbury Beach (which isn't as nuts as Hampton Beach). Loads of places for food very close. It could use a nice patio area where you can sit outside in the morning and drink your coffee. I saw no benches at all on the property. Mediocre breakfast, but free is free.

Everything was perfect. My only issue was the shower water comes out on the light side but other than that everything was great...Breafast and comfort are both amazing..I will be staying here again

Our stay was great. We got valuable suggestions from the desk staff in regard to local restaurants and fun activities in the area. We loved the free breakfasts. The variety and quality of food was very good . The cleanliness of the hotel in general including our room was also very good. We would recommend this Best Western Hampshire Inn to anyone!
