Hotel is great how clean and friendly shuttle to airport to shuttle with little high for me to get up into handicap, second day was better smaller shuttle have enjoyed our short day. Would recommend Hotel.

This hotel does not allow locals to stay there. They should make this statement very bold when booking through 3rd parties so you can save time and money. I’ve never heard of such a thing and the front desk employees could not give me a clear explanation (they didn’t even know). However, they do allow people “40 miles” (e.g., Girdwood or Eagle River residence) away to stay here and not have any issues with them. It doesn’t make sense.
I will never recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The room was clean and looked to have been freshly updated with flooring and paint. There was some small minor scratches and dings but nothing unusual. The bed frame felt cheap- not a custom solid floor bed frame. Mattress was a little cheap feeling and pillows were too soft for us. We would stay again, these are not deal breakers. But for a long term stay, I think the bed would need to improve. Very remote in traffic - quiet and kinda hard to get too, unless you are familiar with the traffic pattern by airport. So no homeless people hanging out or high traffic noise. Maybe three blocks to the Ted Stevens airport? But did not hear anything for airplanes. Staff were so early friendly and the breakfast was the norm- two hot meats, eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles. Of course all the sides, cereal, toast, fruit, yougurt and oatmeal.

Great stay! Shuttle from and to airport was prompt. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Nice, quiet room was just what we needed, and breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. Thank you!

During my stay at Comfort Suites Anchorage I had a large comfortable room with a microwave and a refrigerator included. Other standard amenities were also included: TV, iron and blow dryer. The bathroom was big with a full tub/shower and long countertop and I appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. My king-size bed and bedding was very comfortable. Everything was very clean in my room and also in the lobby. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great. Everything was there for a comfortable trip. The airport shuttle pickup was smooth with about a 15 minute wait. Room was comfortable, except the shower drained slowly but the staff took it seriously when we reported it on checkout. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I especially liked their instant coffee which provided medium and bold coffee at a push of a button. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff that checked me in weren’t nasty but I wouldn’t consider them friendly either. The hotel is extremely convenient to the airport. The room was very big, nicely decorated and very clean! I was on the first floor and the landscaping crew worked until after 9 and was loud and I could hear the joining room. I stayed at the same hotel 5 days earlier on the third floor and had no noise issues. I would definetly stay here again.

The staff was super helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! My only concern was that I would have liked a room safe so I could leave travel documents in it while we explored instead of having to take with me. Other than that we could not have picked a better hotel. The location was nicer than downtown, right by the seaport and would recommend to anyone

Everything fine in this well tended, very clean place EXCEPT FOR poor insulation between floors and walls. I have impaired hearing, but Overhead footsteps annoying and could hear other guests adjacent due to Thin walls. Typical full fat, full sugar, salty American fare breakfast, nice apple.

My grandma and I had nowhere left to go until our plane left much later the evening of the day we checked out, and I had injured myself during our travels. The staff let us hang out in the lobby and even let me in to use the fitness room to try to loosen things up before resuming traveling. They were so kind and accommodating, and I enjoyed listening to them when they sang.

Don’t understand how anyone could rate this hotel with less than 5 stars. Everything was in very good condition and exceptionally clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Our room was very large with comfortable beds, everything was in good working order, the bathroom looked recently remodeled, shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good. The location is very convenient to the airport and in a remarkably quiet area. Parking is free and the lot is well-lit. Couldn’t have stayed in a better hotel and would stay again if we are back in Anchorage.

Stayed 1 night on arrival at anchorage airport which it is convenient to but far drive from anything else in the city. Common areas are ok and breakfast buffet was ok. Room needed an update, a bit stale smelling but clean enough. Beds comfortable and extra seating area a plus.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There were a couple minor hiccups with our stay, but they were quickly remedied. The staff is professional and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the convenience of the airport shuttle to get us to the hotel after a late-night flight and then to get us back to the airport in the morning for a cruise transport. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that our entire family of 6 could sleep in 1 room! Great stay! Wish it was a little longer!
