Central location. East access to metro. Bed is firm and a bit uncomfortable.

Close to Larissa Train Station which was perfect after visiting Meteora for a two day excursion and returning around 22:00, tired, ready for a shower and sleep. Check in was quick and friendly. Beds are pretty hard, but I was so tired it didn’t matter.

Staffs are very friendly and its rooftop restaurant is really nice.

We landed at 3 am and went to the hotel. My kids and I were checked in that early without extra money and no fuss💕.The manager is a lovely person. There is a restaurant in the hotel with reasonable prices. Larissa station and a supermarket a few meters away. Many amenities around. Excellent place to stay. I will be back this week.

We really liked the location...in the center of Athens right across from the train stain and the Metro.

Very old, nothing like the pictures, we stayed in the room for 30 minutes and left due to miscommunication. We asked for a partial refund because the room wasn’t touched, he refused

Hotel is ideal if you need to catch an early train as opposite to station. The bed was hard and the breakfast poor, however the hotel and room were clean.

Needed a hotel within close proximity of the main railway station. This hotel was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the station. The main area of Athens is probably a 20 minute walk away to the main bars and restaurants, but this isn't an issue, and for the price this hotel was ideally priced and located.

Just opposite train, metro station, very clean, kind stuff

The front desk attendants, Ms. Minta and the other night staff gentlemen, were excellent hosts and very efficient and friendly. The Staff attendant, Cafeteria service was also excellent. I would recommend Ariston with no hesitation. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Very clean room with a decent breakfast spread (the cheese puffs were so good!). Very close to the metro which was very convenient. 1 euro for luggage storage though.

Very close to Larissa Central Train station and close to the Metro station. The lady at the reception is very helpful. Room given to me was small but ok for one person. Break fast was so so.

It was very nice that they included breakfast at no charge. Room did not get cleaned because you need to turn key in. They did not inform us of that. Way to much money. We stayed an extra day but changed hotels. I would not stay again. The oscar is much better and a bestwestern is close by. Street noise is bad. Breakfast was skimpy.

Terrible, it was dirty, insects crawling around, curtains never moved or washed, cob webs and dust. expensive for what it is, this is def not 3 stars, but more like a hostel. The area was lower end and scary at night.. if you just want a room to sleep, it’s fine, not when you take a kids like we did. photos look great compared to condition of room. I also think there may have been illegal activity such as prostitution happening on the top floor... so bad... On the other hand, staff was awesome and food was home made and wonderful.

I stayed for 2 nights and overall is as expected. The best part of this hotel is very close to the train station (Athens Railways Station) and Metro(Larissa Station). Is is about 5 mins walk. The staffs are also very kind to me. I stayed in hotel room with a balcony. I was lucky to stay with the train station view at the balcony. The bathroom is small but the facilities is sufficient (towels, toilet paper, soap). One thing I am surprised that there was a auto defect function that when I fell into asleep for an hour or two the power was fully stopped. I have to wake up and move myself for detection and turn on the air-conditioner again.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is good.

It was in a perfect position next to train station which helped as I didn't have a car and the staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and you felt at home - especially the home cooking very tasty. Would stay there again.

The hotel staff and the owner are super friendly. I took a taxi from airport to the hotel, and due to some unexpected charges, I was short on cash, the taxi couldn't paid by card. so I was baffled and the driver wasn't very polite. but at this time, the owner of the hotel stand out, asked the driver to calm down and let the hotel paid to driver first and then have the payment back from me. The owner was super friendly, I enjoyed the conversations with him in the hotel lobby and thanks to the local tips. I would recommend this hotel 100% to anyone. In my opionion, When you are in a foreign country, a friendly hotel staff weigh much more importance than hotel room itself. Close to central train station, nice location not far from acropolis.

Positive - very close to the train station - tiny room but with all the necessities in a hotel room (LCD TV, telephone, fridge, personal hygiene tool kit) - room service is also provided - with a dining area and a bar on the ground floor Negative - the room is quite small

Th room we were booked into was way too small for triple and the street noise was so loud from the second floor. The hotel staff did move us into an apartment in an adjacent building and attempted to be very accommodating. But the apartment was not what I would have wanted to stay in more than one night. Is was on the ground floor and felt very cold and damp. The beds were very low to the floor and uncomfortable, and the bedspreads were warn. We found termites in the bathroom along the wood floor baseboards. I would not stay here again.

Staff were the best. All of them made us so comfortable that we ignored everything else. Could use some better beds. Thank you

The staff is very friendly and does their best to help you in any way possible. The location is great if you plan on taking the metro to and from the city center but not so much if you are walking to it. The center is not far, but the neighborhood between the hotel and the city center in general is quite shady, not advisable to walk alone after dark. Breakfast is reasonable, not outstanding but all the basics are covered.
