Nice place to stay when you’re going to Venice, near the bus stop and big grocery store. Accommodating staff, clean room, good breakfast. We will recommend this place and will stay again when we come back to Venice.

We booked last minute for a 1 night pre-cruise arrival, replacing a booking at a location which has had an outbreak of bed bugs.We paid €43 for 4 people, 4 carry in bags, 2 checked bags, 2 backpacks, and a laptop shoulder bag to reach the hotel from VCE. The airport shuttle would have been €60, so I am glad we declined. We had to stay in 2 separate rooms due to no quads available, which we knew in advance. The rooms were on the same floor but on separate corridors. We were allowed to leave the large bags downstairs in order not to carry them up, no elevator.We were offered a simple breakfast for €7 each, which I thought was high.Taxi to the cruise terminal the following day was €42.In total for airport transfer, overnight, and cruise transfer without breakfast, we paid about €250.This hotel is a much better value for couples or solo travellers rather than a family, but service was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

This was a nice, cozy hotel with super helpful staff. They guided us on how to buy tickets to public transportation and showed us the closest bus stops, in addition to selling bus tickets to Venice center (3e for a round trip). Only minus was that our room was really small and that the room didn't have a proper trash can or a fridge, but that's probably something that money can buy :-) Overall, a great choice for a budget traveller! Hotel also had a nice garden in front of the entrance and they offer breakfast for the price of 6e/person. There was also a large and cheap supermarket right around the corner!

Garden area was very pleasing. Breakfast better than most.

As 2 female girls, we enjoyed our stay. Provided basic needs, it has air con and the bathroom was good.

Hotel is in a quiet district near a supermarket and tram and bus services. Staff were friendly and helpful and sold bus tickets. Breakfast was good.

A good location near the bus and train. Very easy to get into Venice. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds of Venice. The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was simple but comfortable with enough room for luggage. The bed was good but the pillows were quite firm. There was a lovely garden out front to sit and enjoy breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety with delicious homemade cakes and great coffee. We stayed five days and really enjoyed ourselves.

About 10 minutes from the main centre using the line 6 bus, which is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel, the rooms was very clean and moderns with nice views, garden was a beautiful setting, elegant and romantic with a mini waterfall outdoor tables and electronic automatic gates on entrance so its very secure and private will 100% recommend to anyone

The fittings were great and the receptionist was warm making the short stay a pleasant one. I'd love to stay there again.

Great, clean room at a good price. Wifi was good. Staff was nice. Bus takes about 10-15 minutes to get to Venice. Stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Didn't order the breakfast. Not too much in the immediate residential area around the hotel.

Hotel is not very far from railway & bus station. Local transport is near by from where you easily get the bus for venice island. Room are only for 2 adults. Staff is very friendly. The lady at reception guide us how to go to venice. Also she provide us written information about bus number, stops for going and returning.

Nice location in Mestre. The hotel is quite old though. It is much cheaper than the hotels in Venice.

Cheap bus service to Venice leaves from very close by which was a bonus (but can be very busy/hot on its return). Hotel staff very helpful in providing details and tickets. Loved the personal hospitality of this small hotel. Great to have free parking in front of hotel. Loved being located a block away from a large grocery store and near a bus to Venice. Check-in was great. Appreciated staff showing us everything we needed to know about the room and how to get to Venice. The room was clean and spacious. If you staff here don't do what we did and leave the windows open all night (don't like AC). We were covered in mosquito bites in the morning. We know they were mosquitoes as we saw them flying around the room.

This was for our honeymoon. Has great easy transport links to Venice and also the train station. Lovely restaurants nearby and the staff are so friendly and have great local knowledge. Very pleased and would definitely return.

I stayed here 2 nights in a double bed room. I chose this hotel as staying in Mestre is a bit cheaper than staying in Venice proper, and it turned out okay for me. There is a frequent bus to Venice a couple of blocks away, it's a good idea to get on a bit early (but not super early) so that it's not absolutely packed. The tobacco shop across the road sells passes, but the staff there don't speak English. But I was able to order a two-day ("duo giorni") pass, which includes unlimited bus trips and use of the Venetian water buses. The bus to Venice takes about 20 minutes. The hotel is a decent walk from the train station, you might just want to take a taxi. The room was small and basic but perfectly functional. The breakfast was good. Wifi is good, a bit slow at times. There is a supermarket just up the street. The staff were very kind in letting me check in early, and spoke good English. I went to nearby Al Giordinetto for dinner, they have a full English menu with lots to choose from.

easy access to Venice by bus. Excellent breakfast and beautiful patio area.

Overall good stay. We enjoyed premium bedding and our sleep!! Cleaners would just let themselves in your room thou, for we found out as we had stayed behind one day. Also found a pair a lucky dirty socks left behind in the wardrobe, we had a good laugh doing so!

It is a nice, cozy, comfortable hotel; just 20 minutes from Venice.

As two young females arriving late due to train reservations we did not feel safe or welcome at this hotel at all. Despite emailing before hand that we would be arriving after check in time and were advised this would be ok we were 'un' greeted by an elder man who hastily answered the door to us asking 'Don't you know check in finishes at 12' what a lovely welcome after a long journey! The room itself was ok and clean enough the area just didn't feel safe as it's quite derilict and far to walk from the station. If we were to stay in Venice again we would definitely stay in Venice city! The staff unfortunately were no better the following day and seemed greatly annoyed by any questions we would ask. Overall we just were not happy with the service of this hotel.

We were pleased with our 3 night stay at this quaint, 15 room hotel. A great value. The front desk staff was helpful, especially Sara and Adella. They furnished us with wine glasses so we could share a bottle of wine with friends and sit out front in the beautiful garden area. The bus stop is a quick 10 minute walk from the hotel which was nice in getting into Venice proper. The AC worked great and it was nice to sleep really cool!! Don't think you will be disappointed unless you want the utmost in luxury!!!
