Great location in Dorsoduro so close enough to the tourist parts but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. 5 min short walk to the water bus. 10 mins walk to at marks square. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good value for money for Venice.

Breakfast could have included better egg dishes. The scrambled eggs were average. Otherwise breakfast was good.

Super friendly, professional and helpful staff right from check in, to housekeeping through to breakfast hosts. Could not pick a single fault throughout our 4 nights. Beautiful art-deco design and comfortable room. Great location not too far from all the sights of Venice without being so close to the action that you're kept awake all night by hoards of tourists. Very easy (if slightly lengthy) transfer from Marco Polo to Zattere via the Vaporetto. Rooms cleaned TWICE per day (!) plus pillow chocolates on return in the evening, what's not to like. Breakfast buffet had a good choice of fresh fruit and pastries etc.

Air-con in the room would cut out automatically a bit too quickly. Tried many different settings but not sure it was possible to keep it on all night. Not too bad in May, but can imagine it might be uncomfortable in high summer.

Great hotel. The room was nice with all amenities as expected, also with unique decorations that make for a great vibe, exactly as you see in the photos. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of options available every day. The stuff were great too, they also personalized our experience, birthday celebration, as a surprise.

It was in a perfect position easy walking distance to main attractions but not in a busy area so away from the crowds. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Highly recommend

I liked having two bathrooms

when a friend came by to chat at 9.30 there did not seem to be any available snacks or drinks. But then, I didn’t ask at reception. I just looked into the breakfast room and the lights were off. I know there was a minibar in the room but I preferred that my friend and I stayed in the lobby to chat

The breakfast is fantastic. The location is quiet and near several great museums. The staff is helpful and friendly, and all speak English. We loved the bathtubs in the rooms - a wonderful way to relax after a long day of walking around Venice.

There weren't many products in the bathrooms - make sure to bring your own conditioner, lotion, etc. Also, if you're sharing a room, know that there's only one key per room, and you must leave it with the front desk when you head out each day.

location perfect

We really liked the room (we chose a superior one), it was quiet and spacious (with a walk-in wardrobe), the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a bathtub, towels were of good quality and size. We often come to Venice and this is our favorite neighborhood, it was easy to stop by the hotel during the day to change before dinner or to rest.

Unfortunately the hotel itself didn’t meet our expectations. On Booking.com it looks much more attractive and stylish in the pics. In reality there isn’t much space in the lobby, it looks quite cramped and worn out, as well as tacky in parts. I was looking forward to spending time in the hotel, enjoying a cocktail in the lobby, surrounded by the art deco design, but in reality it just didn’t look attractive. The breakfast was just ok. I’ve had much better breakfasts in 4-star hotels in Venice. It feels like the hotel has a good potential but just fails to deliver. For the same price you can find more interesting options in Venice.

This was one of the nicest hotels in which I have ever stayed. The staff were uniformly lovely. Location was perfect and the breakfast superb. The hotel itself is a gem and I was greeted, after a very long day if travel, with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Glorious.

The location in the Dosodoro is in my opinion the best in Venice. It’s also a beautiful small hotel.

The step up to the bathtub shower. We are pretty fit seniors but this was challenging as there was nothing to hang on to. anyone with mobility or balance issues would be unable to use it.

The hotel has a superb location: two bus stops, store, places to eat and some attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable.

The water taxi as a transfer is overpriced in my opinion. Use water busses – it's the most convenient way to get around there.

This is a very clean and welcoming hotel. An excelent welcome from staff from the minute you step in the door which continued throughout our stay. When we asked for information, nothing was to much and on our second day the hotel even arranged a water taxi FOC to allow us to go to Murano when all we asked was what would it cost if we wanted a taxi? an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel as a very well located base to see all that Venice has to offer. It is also within a 2 minute walk of the main transfer dock from Fusina on the mainland....

Maybe the bed was a bit too firm for me.. but thats so minor... We will stay here again without question.

Beautiful room with a glass floor was very cool. Good size as well.

Getting into the bath is difficult have you ever considered changing the glass door to a shower curtain.

Central but quiet location, very friendly staff, comfortable beds and spacy rooms.

Internet connection was sometimes weak, but this seems to be a Venice issue.
