The hotel was amassing, views were astonishing, a French heaven. The owners incredibly friendly and good people, we hope to book again at this place . Well done guys !!

Likes: the view from rooms, the balcony, the pool, the big bathroom, very pleasant staff, the car park, very close to lots of places (restaurants, sights, shopping centre, super markets). Dislikes: you can hear lots on the corridor from the rooms especially the early morning cleaning. No restaurant or bar.

Very confortable, good position, good breakfast, very good bed. Local area is great for villages and the Maeght Foundation near the hotel

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Marc Hely for 4 nights near the end of our France vacation. We loved the hotel and the owners. Our room (king bed with balcony) was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. There was plenty of storage space for our clothes, toiletries, and luggage. The bathroom was large and modern with lots of counter space and under-counter storage. The separate WC was a nice touch, too. The best part of the room was the balcony view. From there we could see St. Paul de Vence a few kilometers away. The rest of the view was very nice, too: the scenic village nearby, tree-covered ridges, and the Alps in the far distance. We opted for breakfast at the hotel 3 of the 4 mornings we were there. Christel brought us excellent bread and pastries, cooked our boiled eggs to order, made coffee and squeezed juice for us. The view from the dining room is spectacular and there are nice outdoor tables, too. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and the picturesque village of La Colle-sur-Loup is a couple of minutes away by car. We Uber-ed into town for dinner 3 of the 4 nights. We used the Marc Hely as a base for exploring St. Paul de Vence, Biot, Antibes, and Nice, and it worked out great. We highly recommend this hotel.

perfect for someone who is looking for nice place near Nice. gives the feeling of living in the village while having the advantage of being close to the city. very nice host and a pleasant place in general

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times. We love the location, so close to St. Paul de Vence. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and each room has a great view of St. Paul de Vence from the balcony. Highly recommended. You wont be disappointed.

This was the best small hotel we have stayed in. It has a good location close to Nice and Antibes and has wonderful views of the nearby St.Paul de Vence. The room we had was on the top floor, with a bath, balcony and lovely views and had every amenity and was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The hotel also has the benefit of a well kept swimming pool and free parking. The owners, Crystal and her husband live on site and could not have been more helpful with information, reservations etc. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

This hotel is in the suburban area of La Colle-sur-Loop. We arrived at Gare Nice-Ville, and the taxi to the hotel cost about 70 euro. The staff (husband and wife and adorable kid) are SUPER nice and helpful and the breakfast is great. Unfortunately the location was not so great. We stayed in one night and the view of the countryside and quaint houses is amazing. However we napped after lunch, and were NOT able to get anything to eat for dinner. Nothing was open past 9pm. There were a few restaurants open in the nearby town, which was over a mile away. We also did NOT have a car. If you have a car, by all means stay here and drive into Nice! However, for us poor planners, we ended up taking the bus into the city and staying in a cramped hotel for the rest of the trip for location convenience. Location (sans car) was not great, but everything else was really nice!

Comfortable room, good bed, hot shower, Tea and coffee facility. Nice welcome. Breakfast needs to improve , cheese under plastic looks like more a plane food, same for jam. Could dream of home made jam in this fruit production spot. Needs to be more personal in the choice of products.

Marc Hely was a great place to stay - nice rooms, lovely view. The only downside is there is no restaurant and on Mondays and Tuesdays there are none close by - ended up going all the way into Vence and eating at 9:30 as couldn't find anything closer.

This hotel is just fantastic. Super cosy, super friendly, super service and super views!! We only wished we could have stayed longer! The direct bus into Nice (about 35 mins) makes it the perfect option if you are looking for peace and tranquility with easy access into the city centre.

Great location near St. Paul de Vence. Close enough to Nice and Antibes but out of the hustle and bustle. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this place.

Had a great time at this Hotel. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. The rooms were big and very comfy with amaxing views from the balcony. The pool was nice and quiet and we enjoying relaxing by the pool in the early evenings. Would definately recommend this hotel as a great base for exploring the Sputh of France

We stayed in the Marc Hely for 4 nights recently and it was a most enjoyable experience. The owners were wonderful, the rooms very comfortable with some facilities which puts it above other hotels which we stayed in with a similar star rating - mini bar, safe, good quality toiletries. We did not have a car with us, but it was so easy (and cheap) to catch a bus to some of the other local villages, and there was a good choice of very nice restaurants nearby. A little gem of a hotel!
