This is a good international class hotel which fully suited my accommodation needs for a weekend stay-over between working weeks. Rooms are IHG standard - large and comfortable. Good AC and wifi. Good gym. Pool good but I didn't use. Not a lot to do outside the hotel. Buffet breakfast and dinner, mixed quality overall but you can find some nice items. Fresh orange juice good.

Little old need some refurb , bed was comfortable , but no nice coffee shop just buffet and lobby not nice . As women traveling alone in Riyadh I would probably choose another hotel next time , but nothing really wrong

This hotel is actually split into 2. The one I stayed in was undergoing renovation in the lobby so lots of dust around. When I checked in (in the other hotel lobby which was fine) I was given a room on the side facing the motorway. It was very noisy with heavy traffic so I asked to be moved to a quieter room. I was given a room with two single beds on the opposite end of the hotel. That room was fine. The rooms are a bit dated but the bed is very confortable. Breakfast is not great though.

2nd time staying at this hotel. It was rated 5 stars back in 2014, but I noticed it's now 4. Convenient location, clean place, quiet, only 2 floors, decent facilities, competitive rates, I still prefer it.

They didnt have a room for me. Then they provided a very bad room with on facilities. Arriving at 12 am I was only able to access a room by 4 am. They transferred me to another hotel

I have problem with this hotel. It can’t be 5 stars hotel. I reserved standard room , double bed. They didn’t provide what I reserved for.

at check in I got a non smoking room which smelled really bad but due to my late arrival was my only choice left. on top of it the room was on the side towards the highway and very noisy.
Also, the price for the breakfast was 35 instead of the 13 USD as mentioned on your website. It was an ok breakfast but not 5 star 35 USD...

Good service, internet and gym. Was given smoking room, which detracted from experience a bit - was too tired to request room change.
Very convenient to ring road and Almarai head office.

I stayed at that hotel two nights. Bad experience from unprofessional room service. They jump into rooms without knocking doors. They ignore signs of not disturbing. Their laundry service is very lousy I asked for excited two hours service and they delivered after five ours, with spots on the thope where they ironed!
I don't recommend this hotel unless it's at $120 max.

Good experience - local to my specific areas of Riyadh - Airport, Granada Mall, KAPSARC Project site, SABIC Building, decent restaurants nearby, etc. Not as high end as the main hotels in the heart of the city. Entry image could be upgraded - low 2-story building that was 'so so' - interior lobby, rooms and restaurant are were pretty nice.

Fantastic hotel giving a great service to the customer as ever. Staff are very happy to help and the free wifi and gym make the trip a very comfortable stay
