I checked yesterday evening and everything went fine until thus morning. I was awakened at 8am to a construction crew hammering and sawing in the room above me. I called the front desk and they confirmed that hotel is renovating the room above me.
Thus cannot possibly be happening at 8am on a Sunday morning. Very poor consideration for guests staying in your hotel. I will not be staying here again.

The front desk person was not very helpful or did he go through our information and stay. He did not provide any insight on our stay. We basically had to ask all the questions that he barely had answers to whereas last year when we stayed here we were accommodated above and beyond. Please don’t have people who are training on staff train and work by themselves. It’s not a good look. Sadly our stay was not as pleasant as last time. Do better with your check in staff. Also got charged twice because he didn’t know how to use the computer or system to check people’s information. We got a refund but what an inconvenience. Don’t put people under 20 years old to run the front desk. Do better.

Robert the shuttle driver was super nice and helpful. All the staff made us feel welcome after our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay

Linen wasnt as clean as I expected, in comparison to my ealrier stays. Neither was silverware. Maybe it was an off week, but i expected more of Hikton Garden Inn. They had laundry service bags in the room, but dont offer it anymore. Again, i was expecting more.

Check in was soooo slow approximately 30 miles minutes in line and there were only 3 people ahead - that’s a very bad start. Hotel condition overall okay but obvious wear and tear. Room, again okay but wear and tear on the furnishings. Overall just an okay Hilton and certainly not worth the price. Not recommended.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. Great check in with an amazingly friendly gentleman. Next stop the bar for a cocktail—bartender was great and informative about the area. The room was so inviting and clean. Wonderful stay!

At breakfast Sunday morning they put out orange juice that had vodka in it with the buffet and didn't even know it. Me and my girlfriend are both sober. She had a drink of orange juice with out knowing there was alcohol in it. It was very irresponsible of the staff and really put a damper on a great weekend for us. On Friday night we went down to get food from the restaurant at 9 pm. The restaurant is supposed to be open till ten and they said they kitchen was already closed. The bartender had a large group of people that in the bar and just didn't want to deal with two meals. Its funny to me because I was starving and after I totalled everything I was going to order with tip I would have spent close to $175.00. we ended up ordering Chinese food.
