I have never seen receptionists less interested in customers than what I experienced at Radisson Blu Hotel in Tblisi. We had booked one of their nicest and most expensive rooms, but the service level we experienced was really sloppy and uninspired! The staff should be trained by Lucas at the Radisson RED Hotel across the river. He was brilliant. What we experienced at Radisson RED Hotel was excellent! We did not receive a single smile or any welcome at all when checking in or during our stay at Radisson Blu. When we checked out the receptionist was shouting to the bell-boy to check if everything was paid and to collect the room keys. She did not bother to come out and than us for our stay or anything like this. At other times there was 4-5 receptionist standing there without anything to do, but they were preoccupied by trying to look good or whatever, but offer a smile or even look at customers was clearly not their business. The receptionist at the swimming pool did not offer any service at all. I asked to borrow two bathrobes, but was told I had to go back to the room and pick it up there. So I did, but could not find any in my ‘premium room’ (price approx USD 380,- per night). ‘Luckily we were able to borrow one, but with a grim face and no apologies whatsoever. This was so lousy service. Nice swimming pool with a nice view, but stay away from this hotel if you expect a descent service level and a good feeling during your stay☹️

Great hotel with amazing spa and a wonderful breakfast buffet. The only thing I really didn’t like was being put in a room, where - even with the windows closed and headphones on - you could hear the hammering beats from a dance club until 6 am. I had asked for a quiet room in advance and had stated, that I am an extremely light sleeper.

Good hotel. Looking at other cheaper hotels whilst in Tbilisi it became apparent that its well worth spending a bit extra for a good hotel. It can be a bit hit and miss. Everything was as expected for Radisson.

I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived and inquired about an early check-in, the lack of courtesy and attention towards me as a guest was evident. When I approached the front desk and politely asked if it was possible to check in earlier than the standard time, I was met with indifference. The staff member seemed uninterested in my request and did not make any effort to accommodate my needs or offer alternative solutions. It was disheartening to feel disregarded and unimportant as a guest. Additionally, during the check-in process, I inquired about the possibility of an upgrade. The staff informed me that all the rooms were fully booked and no upgrades were available. However, to my surprise, upon finally checking in, I discovered that there were indeed upgraded rooms available. Also the staff did not smile. A smile goes a long way in creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests. It is a simple gesture that can instantly make someone feel valued and appreciated. Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel seemed to overlook this fundamental aspect of customer service. This applied not to all, but particularly to those who were on duty when I first arrived.

Great location walkable to numerous sites Two great restaurants as well.

This property's location is convenient as it's only an easy 10-15 walk to freedom square and the old town. They have three good restaurants and the one with the terrace is overlooking the river. Lots of taxis are available in the vicinity. They have an outdoor and an inside swimming pool (on the top fool - nice view) and a very good SPA. Finally, the casino is conveniently located in the hotel basement.

We booked a room with breakfast included and city panoramic view. Following are highlights we like the most: 1) Pool / sauna/ steam room included in the rate 2) Views!!! Woooow! Not only from room, but also from 18th floor pool deck and you even have THE VIEW SITTING IN SAUNA) 3)Breakfast: food was delicious and as an option instead of going to the restaurant you can ask to bring the food to your room 4)Service: you just click a button on the telephone in the room and someone will be there to help (fast- no waiting at all) 5) Spa (not included in the room rate): my wife chose a wine bath with massage (master name: Nona). And she texted me: “wow, this was the best massage I ever had!”. And believe me she tried a lot massages in spas in different countries… and here in Tbilisi Radisson spa it was the best. And the wine bath also with THE BEST VIEW IN CITY! Thank you so much! Will definitely come back!

Exceeded my expectations.

My experience was terrible because of the service. Early morning cleaning lady just entered while I was sleeping without knocking and was loudly tacking with someone. In about an hour two guys came and wanted to check bar and when I told them I was sleeping they insisted to enter to check mini bar. I will never ever stay at this hotel and will never recommend to anyone

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for 5 days during December 2021, and had a great stay. The room is huge with gorgeous panoramic views. The bathroom is spacious and has both a bath and a wonderful rain shower. In addition, every day you receive two bottles of water. Breakfast is delicious, offers a variety of dishes, drinks and desserts. The dining room has a beautiful and spacious interior area, and a charming outdoor area with river views. The spa offers a great variety of treatments, and the one I had was absolutely excellent ! There is also a stunning heated pool overlooking the city. The hotel also has two restaurants, Asian and Italian, which we have not tried but look at a very high standard.The staff is so attentive and caring, and they also helped us to solve a problem we had in getting the corona test results.In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent and in terms of addressing COVID19 - The rooms were sanitized, all public places were very clean and the stuff wear face masks all the time. In conclusion, we highly recommend Radisson Blu and will definitely stay there again on our next visit.
