Pool closed. Remodeling and clutter everywhere. Horrible front desk customer service.

We were there for a softball tournament. They seemed under staffed and they had construction during our stay. The pool was closed, they were short with towels, no in room frig or microwave. In our room when the air kicked on it was so loud you could not hear the tv. The room was in the process of updating but seemed not to be finished. The shower was still old and the shower head only had one setting. The shower door was old and unclean. We picked the hotel because it was closed to the ball field. They did not have enough staff to keep up with breakfast for all the softball players either. They knew they were sold out too…..We wanted it to feel like a mini vacation but that was not the case with all the issues. Disappointed.

No refrigerator or microwave and pool was closed. Extremely over priced and super 8 has more amenities

It was good. Friendly, excellent breakfast . Remodeling our floor and rooms. Only problem was no refrigerator.

The hotel is being renovated. Our room had holes in the walls, shower faucet would not work. We checked in late and front desk staff would not change our room because we booked through Expedia. Totally unprofessional and I would never recommend to anyone. Breakfast was fair, with a few items. Ice machine only worked on one floor. Mostly Black staff who did not care at all about the comforts of non-black guests. No doubt a nightmare experience!

3rd floor under construction so extra noise, construction workers using only elevator, drinking and smoking near exit door side property. Other side entrance door not working. We love Hampton Inns but feel like when it is the most expensive property in Town, should lower prices when this is going in. Total for o e night on the road - 191 plus two little dogs bumped it up to 291.00. Never write reviews but will not be staying here again

Needs to be cleaned, carpet was stick, hair in the bathroom.

Upon entering our king room on arrival, the room temp was 82 degrees and the air conditioning was on and it sounded like a jet plane taking off. There were also stains on the bench in front of the bed. We called the office about changing rooms. After being on hold for 10 minutes we hung up and called again. They finally moved us into a queen room. It was partially better but there was something sticky all over the bathroom floor and the toilet was not flushed. There was dust all over the towel shelf under the bathroom sink and stains on the walls and pictures. The mattress that I slept on had a lump in the middle. Overall I was highly disappointed with the stay. It was by far the worst Hampton Inn that we have ever stayed in. We will not be back.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms had dirty socks left in the room. The toilet was running when we walked into the room the first time. Spots were all over the walls. The carpet stuck to our feet! Like slimy carpet! Wasn’t a great feel! Had to wear socks the entire time so I didn’t get creeped out!

Great experience. Place was clean and quiet and breakfast was awesome.

This hotel needs attention. Strong cleaning fluid smells. Dirty floors and carpet. The light by the bed didn’t work because the cord couldn’t reach the electrical socket?!? The vending machines were broken. The room shades were broken. The place needs a staff that cares.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating! Pet friendly services.. my doggy felt welcomed too.

The only thing I didn’t like is the refrigerator making a noise all night long. I checked to make sure it was closed properly and it was.

Doable for one night stays. Beds are hard, rooms have very little lighting. Needs to be updated throughout. No snack station or newer amenities.

Our family stopped in for an overnight stay on the way to the beach. The staff was excellent ,cleanliness was top notch ,the breakfast selection was perfect. Stop in you’ll love it.

Staff was great! I had two beds and one of them had BED BUGS!!! Oh my gosh!!! Crawling on me and biting me! I PAID $150 A NIGHT FOR THIS!!! I COULD HAVE PAID $68 A NIGHT NEXT DOOR AT DAYS INN The area where the ice machine was located had ceiling panels that fell due to some sort of leak. On my first day there the ice machine didn't even have any ice. I stayed on the first floor.

Room was very clean and odor free. Nice A/C and the staff was very friendly.

The first room assigned was not clean, the girl had to go check & she saw the bathroom & bedroom dirty. She assigned us to another room & it was clean. There was a water bug in the middle of the night that crawled out. The breakfast bar was ok. I am used to the normal selection at the other Hampton inns, they just had the bare minimum. We will try it again sometime to give them the benefit of the doubt. The price was double all the other hotels. So when you pay almost 200 instead of 100 you expect to get a little better than the other hotels.

The only problems i had were with check in on Friday March 17th. The lady that checked us in was rude, accused me of snatching my license or credit card from her hand. She couldn't read the zip code on my license and asked me for my phone number 4 times because she couldn't enter it correctly. Then she asked for a credit card and i told her the room was already paid for. The money came out if my account. I think her name was something like Sandra or Sendreka. She was a heavy set woman, black with green lipstick and almost bald head. Other guest had the similar problems with her.

The GM was great. Simple check-in and waived the smoking deposit. Room was nice. My only complaints were that the sliding door on the shower needs to be replaced and the hearing unit won't get very warm.

There were no problems at this hotel, which was very pleasing. The only improvement I could suggest is checking for floor cleanliness around and in elevators. Our stay was wonderful!

Room 320 had a large taping issue in the ceiling that needed repaired. Ice machine on 4th floor was broken. Originally assigned to room 210. Walked into room, a complete mess. Looked like a party room.

Most staff was rude. When house keeping finally occurred, the cover up spray was excessive causing breathing problems. So bad had to check out and drive home on Thursday night. My own luggage had to be placed in the trunk because it was sprayed down so much.

Very nice staff. Roomed seemed to be clean however we did find dirty clothes under the bed when we was heading out making sure we had everything. Waffle maker was broke for breakfast but all in all not bad place to stay
