The beds were comfy, bedding very clean, and the bathroom was clean. The carpet felt damp and every where we went, the smell of someone smoking marijuana was everywhere. It just permeated everything. I think that they tried to mask the smells with colognes and strong fragrant sprays. I have allergies and so that was tough. But, the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were only there for 2 nights to attend a Memorial Service for my husbands brother. All was good.
Ms. Cora, in the breakfast was especially nice and friendly.

I usually don't select Quality Inn places, this time I had no real choice, and let say, it was greater than expected: clean, very confortable bed, nice and friendly team.
The breakfast was... well as many places, so so, but I am European, so may be I keep expecting too much. This place is now in my favorites for this area

Smooth check in. Friendly, professional, and kind. Our room was exceptionally clean and so quiet. Slept well. Highly recommend!

Would have liked to be told they didn’t have elevator. My husband has a really bad knee. And we had to go up and down stairs all weekend.

I’ve stayed in places around the world from hostels, chains, mom & pop establishments to 5 star hotels. I can sleep just about anywhere under most any conditions. However, I have never tried to sleep on a mattress as terrible as the one provided here. It was literally like trying to sleep on a concrete floor with no padding whatsoever. Maybe at least try some kind of mattress pad? Additionally, the sheets and pillow cases were obviously taken out of the dryer before they were ready, resulting in a “clammy” feeling. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone trying to get a good night’s sleep.

Had to request a room change. The fridge and the sink were dirty and the mattress on the sleep sofa was badly soiled…looked like blood stains. When I first asked for a new accommodation I was told there was nothing that could be done. The new room had some type off pounding noise in the wall that went on all day and night.

It's a hotel, that's the best I can say about it. Mostly clean, but don't look too close to the toilet bowl or floor under the sink. There is no elevator to get to the second floor. Breakfast was good, probably the highlight of my stay

Not so good, no elevator, rooms second floor. Had guests smoking pot and stinking the whole floor. Rooms not very well cleaned, and the hotel needs an overall update

One of the beds had blood on the bottom sheet and the other bed the duvet was dirty. The air conditioning barely worked and the floor felt like it was damp which caused the room to smell. Not sure if they had shampooed the carpet earlier. Unfortunately, due to the 4th of July holiday we were not able to secure other accommodations

This property was a very good value. Also, we had reservation issues with ORBITZ that was not a reflection of the hotel at all. We were checking in at 11:40 PM, and we were tired from traveling. The reservation manager on duty, Ashley Powell, went above and beyond in helping resolve the issue, even though it had nothing to do with the hotel. She was patient, understanding, and polite to us while being firm and persistent with ORBITZ about the issue and getting it solved. Also, she was sick and not feeling well while doing all of this.....and she was still on duty when we checked out at 8 AM the next morning. She provided EXCELLENT service for us!!

Upon arrival I was placed in a non-smoking room on the second floor and told there was no elevator. I could have dealt with that inconvenience but as soon as I open the door to enter the second floor the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke took my breath away.
The room was filthy. The bedding had stains all over it, the carpet had not been vacuumed, the refrigerator had crumbs and hair in it, the mirror were covered with Tooth paste spit, a written message if I love…., the toilet had hair and crystallized urine all over it. I would never recommend this hotel

Metal bed frames were noisy but bed comfortable. The font lobby smelled nice but the room was stinky and moldy smelling

The stay was quite comfortable, my only complaints are:
1 - there’s no elevator, and
2 - there was a very strong scent of marijuana in our hallway.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

No elevator and you have to look at property description at the very end, or find out after check-in. After getting room key and getting to our room, the door to our room had been left propped open and was left not fully cleaned by staff. Shower curtain is moldy and the nastiest one I have ever seen. No other options last minute in town, so had to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night due to an out of town wedding. Arrival and check in went smooth, there was no elevator but we didn’t mind since it is only a 2 story building. The issue came when we returned home to notice our feet and legs covered in bug bites. The clustered bug bites look extremely similar to bed bug bites. We checked each mattress before sleeping and saw no signs of bed bugs so be weary. i would not take the risk.

The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the water pressure was adequate and the water temperature was great. Towels could have been a little softer but we're in good shape.

3 stars- 1 for service, 1 for solid breakfast, and one for clean smelling room. Hotel room and bedding outdated and not super clean. Items in room “sticky” and not clean(fridge and remote).
