Lovely and clean room. The amenities were nice with clean pool and jacuzzi. Free hire of surfboards and bike. Very walkable into town and beach with woolies right next door. Exceptional front desk too - always greeted with a smile! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, well located small boutique hotel. Decor, furnishings and amenities were great and in a great location of Byron Bay. King size bed extremely comfortable and quiet rooms. Will definitely return!

Jess, at reception, was very hospitable and a wealth of excellent, local recommendations. Super comfortable, clean and convenient hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed using the complimentary surf boards! Thank you for a very memorable stay!

Excellent in every way from the moment we arrived until departure

A fantastic location - close enough to the main cafes and restaurants but far enough to get a good nights sleep. Hotel was clean and the facilities were fantastic. Staff were so helpful.

The staff are extremely helpful, offering their assistance at all times. The property has been renovated, the rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The pool is gorgeous, food and drinks can be ordered from your sunlounge. There is a covered oudoor lounge area where we relaxed when it rained, so we weren't just confined to our room. This hotel exceedd expectations.

Luxurious stay in the heart of Byron Bay with the most helpful friendly staff. Very quiet, lovely pool and hot tub and super comfy bed. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff very accommodating. Great pool and outdoor lounge area which was helpful since the beach wasn’t really swimmable. A 10 minute walk to the main town area and beach.

Great location and nice styled hotel with good pool area. My only criticism is that rooms facing the road receive a lot of noise pollution from vehicles. It is best to try and face the pool side

Location good, everything else very average

Overall great property at a great location. The staff were very attentive. Our main room door was creaking badly. The staff quickly sorted it out and a few other things. Just a note. The rooms are not on the ground floor. So if you do have big bags, it is something to take note of. However, the staff were kind enough to offer us to help carry our luggage up.

The staff are lovely and the property has had a basic upgrade but it’s still a lot of money for what is a very average three-star property, reflected in the bathroom, the bed and general room.

Great staff service. Can tell rooms have been cheaply refurbished with bathrooms still very dated and grubby walls.

My only constructive feedback would be that the bathrooms, in particular the showers are a little dated, and there isn't a lift from the ground floor so those with heavy suitcases are in for a bit of lifting. Having said that, the staff are always happy to help with suitcases. The general level of hotel quality in Byron Bay is actually quite low (I guess with so many tourists they don't have to try) so if you're looking to stay in the centre of town The Lord Byron is without a doubt your best option. Nice pool, and also laundry facilities are available for guests should they need them. Also plenty of on site parking. Have stayed here several times and rooms have always been spotlessly clean. Also, because this hotel is a little on the pricier side, you aren't like to be surrounded by schoolies and backpackers! Which is a constant issue in Byron.

Perfect location for one night. We loved the quiet location and the hot tub. Lovely ambience and a very comfortable stay

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The rooms at the front of the hotel suffer from extreme traffic noise and tradesmen departing the hotel during early hours.

I have a problem with Expedia in fact. Why put Rob on this header when he was just one person that stayed at 1 venue at one and only time for us when in fact I have had Brant and Phil stay numerous times at your properties. Please get your information right or lose a customer
