Parking fee is a joke, we spent enough on the room and still got charged for parking in a empty parking lot. Tourism fee at a Holiday Inn Express makes no sense as it’s one step above a bottom line hotel. Whatever fee you think you are getting charged make sure you account for an extra $500……10 out of 10 would never recommend this hotel for the price you get charged

The tv lost its picture but not the sound. A fully functioning tv is a must when I book a room. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied

Super nice woman at the front desk! Very polite, courteous and took care of a double reservation we accidentally booked. Room was super quiet.

Friendly staff. Clean. Room coffee maker broken. Breakfast bar juice and pancake machines broken. Gym closed for repairs. Couldn’t get WV chargers to work.

This is a nice clean property with a good variety of free breakfast. There are no quiet times so the room beside me was very noisy after 11 pm and again in the morning after 6 am. The staff did call the room but couldn’t stop the noise.

This place is fantastic. The pool area is clean and stocked with towels. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The convenience to everything made it a great place to stay.

From the beginning, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and so kind to my family. He even went the extra step to sign us up as IHG members.
The room was large with a great AC (we are here in 108 degree weather). The beds and pillow are so comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave.
The pool is just fantastic! It happens to be on the right side of the building, making it shady enough to really enjoy in this weather- perfect temp and very clean. The gym was adequate for a couple of day stay.
We would stay again.

This hotel just got renovated so everything is perfect and good.. And the staff also very helpful.

Bathroom didn't have hand soap. Room was on ground floor and design for wheelchair handicap people. Specifically, the shower space is designed in such a way that is easily for water to spill outside the shower. Maybe a shower curtain that touches the floor might help. Also, noise in the middle of the night, there were a lot of doors slamming close. Room rates seem expensive...not good value. Everything else was ok.

Century, located by the freeway far from restaurants about 5 to 10 minutes. Many great restaurants there however, easy freeway access it was a very nice day great people great front desk great people

Overall deserved 4 stars, but...spilled coffee in my room on last day. Has to mop it up as it was in the entry way. Notified a staff member as I was leaving. Got dinged $50 for towels they couldn't clean. Called them and they basically said yep. I should have taken them with me...at least I could have used them!

I was put off by the desk manager who charged $10 to park our vehicle. What a scam! After signing up for the hotel, I had a bounce back notice saying their fitness room was not available so I already felt the room rate was not worth what was charged and then he wanted $10 more just to park. Not a good location and difficult to get to.

There was no water pressure in the shower, the tv signal went out during our stay, and there were homeless people using drugs while walking to our car in the parking lot. Despite the room being vacant, we were also charged a 1/2 day for checking in early.
