Though a small hotel , clean n nice . Surrounded by shops n within walking to sightseeing ! Breakfast is reasonable at 10.xx euro only disappointment no egg provided .nevertheless It’s recommended! 👍

Clean and quiet hotel in centre of Annecy. Easy to walk to lake, restaurants and old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Parked in underground “Poste” public car park about 400m away and hotel funded overnight charges. Only negative is rooms are small, but that was known in advance. Would recommend

Although not a big room, it was very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellently priced and of excellent quality. Fantastic location. Attentive staff. The only problem is there is no elevator.

The Atipik is brilliantly located for a traveller on foot - five minutes to the train station, five minutes to the old town and all its shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only small downside (not an issue for me, fortunately) is that there are only stairs with no elevator to get to the rooms.

Only a short walk away from the main Annecy train station and round the corner from the old town, it's in a very convenient location. The staff are very friendly, room is neat and cozy though very basic and simple.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It is everything we hope for in a place-clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The parking is fairly close to the hotel and a good bargain for overnight city parking. We loved the easy access to city center and Lake Annecy.

We loved this hotel! From the moment we checked in the gentleman at the front desk couldn't be nicer. Our room was small but clean and comfortable and we had a balcony and it was so nice to sit out there! The air conditioning was wonderfully cool and we slept so well! We were there for 2 nights and it's right at the pedestrian only area so we could walk outside the hotel to everything we wanted to see and do. The girl at the front desk was extremely friendly too and helpful and lucky for us her english was really good. She even printed off a few documents for us that we needed. We got some local craft beers from hotel lobby and enjoyed them on our balcony the last night which was really a nice surprise. The hotel kept our bags the next day while we explored and waited for our bus to Geneva. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will stay here again if we come to Annecy again!! Thank you!

Great little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Spoke very good English and they made sure our stay was excellent (for example getting us some extra pillows, cups with ice, etc). The rooms were very small, but it worked for us. Paid a bit extra for a basic but convenient breakfast. Parking is a bit tricky in Annecy in general. You can drive up to the hotel to unload and then we parked in the Hotel de Ville garage which was about a 5-minute walk. They gave us a voucher for the hours in the garage that were overnight, so the garage was only about €5 for a day.

Lots of stairs to the 3rd floor. Room was very nice but small bathroom.

Second visit, booked for three nights, confident that it would be still a great place to stay, it was. Staff yet again way above average, very helpful, very pleasent, just the best ... and although there's no air conditioning there was a large reasonably quiet fan already running in our room which was amazing .. a cool room on one of the hottest days we've had so far on our holiday

The hotel is basic but clean and was perfect for our two night stay in Annecy. The location is excellent - right in the middle of town and easy to reach the lake.

Annecy is a delightful city. As an English speaker it was a little more work, but well worth it. Food excellent and wonderful sights to see. Good walking and beautiful lake. Atipik was a perfect location for enjoying the city and surrounding area. About 2 blocks from train station and Tourist Bureau. The staff was amazing and we enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. Rooms were very clean and modern.

No parking was a drawback but great location and very nice staff.
