Great stay, they accommodated us with an early check in and late check out. Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities. All the staff were very friendly, definitely recommend this spot !

This hotel is very comfortable. The team that works here is very nice and friendly from the check person to housekeepers to check out. I would recommend this hotel. It's close to a few restaurants, and shopping it's just off the highway.

I chose the hotel for its location - walking distance from an event I was participating in. It was convenient, though I was disappointed that my non-Tesla electric car could not take advantage of the charging station, which was Tesla-only.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and positive.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The fixtures were new, and the shower was beautiful. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty by the baseboards, and there were some spots on the wall, but the wood floor in the bedroom looked very clean. The tv only worked if you log into your Google account and use your own streaming service. Overall, it was a very nice stay there. The coffee machine by the office gives great mochas.

Road noise was terrible, not much sleep.

receptionist was polite and friendly , room was lovely and seemed newly refurbished , unfortunately this didnt make up for the noise of traffic outside our room and the sirens, we enquired about moving but only other available room was on the same side of the hotel, sleep was disturbed. Also found a couple of silverfish in the room. |If your a heavy sleeper this room would be perfect

We were offered a room upgrade on arrival by Nur, so we were in a room with a kitchenette. I spoke to him earlier in the day about a possible early check-in, and was very pleased that he said it was possible.
The room was very nice and clean. The entire property has had a recent reno. We also had a basket of snacks which was a nice surprise. Lovely courtyard though we didn't have time to enjoy it during our stay. Excellent coffee options with the machine in the lounge.

My friend and I stayed over the weekend to see a show at the Queen Elizabeth theater. The rest of the time we spent hanging in the lounging room doing puzzles. The staff was very accommodating for our random requests. The shower was nice and the room had everything we needed. We will be staying here again next time we are in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. A special shout-out to the manager, Nur Lakhani, who was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming place to stay!

Visiting Vancouver on vacation. Looks can be misleading- pictures made it more upscale than it truly was. Our room was fine. Quiet and clean . The location was so-so. Lots of traffic and not too inviting. No breakfast bar. Parking, however , was right out the door and free. I felt they tried hard to make the room comfortable and modern; everything else was so-so.

Over night stay prior to our cruise. Room was clean Enjoyed the rain shower head Small patio outside room. Outdoor court yard with seating. Staff was helpful in arranging transportation to pier & setting up wi fi.

Great little motel with fantastic staff. Looks like a nice remodel of an older motel. Courtyard was enjoyable for coffee in the morning and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only reason for 4 stars was the location is quite loud directly next to a very busy thoroughfare.
