Disappointing, had to switch rooms 3 times, 1st room ran out of hot water a few minutes into my husbands shower! The second room had broken thermostat and was freezing. Finally the 3rd room was good. Breakfast was missing many basic items, plates, sugar, but i did manage to get the last cup of cold coffee and no one was available to help for the whole time we were at breakfast. Must just be short handed like everyone else. Evening staff eas very helpful though with room switches.

Mostly, it was a great stay. There were just a few issues. Our shower hadn’t been cleaned. It still had soapy hand prints on the shower bar and wall. There were more than 4 rooms where the doors were left open all night. Seemed very strange to me and like a possible safety issue. Other than that it was alright. The staff was super nice!

Staff did the their job but not invested in serving.
Our card key always took about 20 swipes to open door. After waiting for clerk to make another card, had to leave so we made do.

Very rude staff. Entire place was without water for 6 hours. No showers, staff laughed about what we were going to do to be ready for our meetings. Offered no compensation or upgrades. Do not stay here.

Hotel was clean comfy and very busy the first 3 nights due to the lineman who were readying their plans to go south to Florida to help recover. Parking was difficult if arriving late. Other than that, breakfast was plentiful and good. Nice small pool and hot tub.

Very clean and quiet, the morning i left there was a lady in front of me checking out and she was complaining about her room A/C. and Jessica was very patient and handled as well as you would expect. I will be back for sure.

We arrived at this hotel about 8:30 pm to seek refuge from a hurricane. We had 3 adults and an infant. We got checked in quickly, and made our way to our room. We opened the door and the ac was turned off. It was very humid, about 85*, and the carpet was soaking wet. But as we dug deeper we discovered dried throw up on the bed skirt beside the end table. I want to start off by saying the front desk staff and maintenance crew were quick to resolve the issue and gave us a new room immediately. I’ll admit the dried throw up on the bedskirt was hid well by the end table, so I can understand how it was missed, but with the floors still wet and the ac off, that room was not ready to be occupied.
The new room was as expected. Clean, not humid but a crisp 71*, and comfortable. And honestly this hotel had some of the best tasting free breakfast we had ever had. Other than the first dirty room, the price was great and it suited our needs.

Great place to stay. lots to do in the area. The only drawback to the hotel is most of the gym equipment is broken.

The hotel was outdated. It was clean in the room but no USB ports to charge your phone. The carpet in the floor smelled musty. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again

The staff were quite courteous. Unfortunately, the accommodations weren't very clean. As soon as we opened our room door, we were met with a wet, stuffy smell. The curtains, bathroom, and furniture had barely been cleaned. We found out on our second day that the staff will not take out the trash or dirty towels unless you leave them outside the door on the carpet. This also meant they would not come inside to clean up the room.

Staff was extremely nice, but there is one elevator and it’s VERY VERY slow.
Our room had a musty smell.
We booked two queen beds and got a room with one bed and a couch that did not pull out.

Other than kids running through the halls, playing on the elevator, lack of breakfast choices, and not getting fresh towels when we asked? It was okay. We had a lot of food options near and the room was spacious. The cable went out as soon as it rained, so we couldn't watch TV if we wanted to. The staff was friendly. It was between Mobile, Foley, Spanish Fort and Gulf Shores, so that was a plus.

PROS: The room and facilites were clean. The desk staff was very pleasant. CONS: I applaud your not doing housekeeping every day BUT there is not a single towel rack in the bathroom on which to hang a damp towel. You are forced to re-fold them and place them on a shelf. Could easily be fixed and at your prices something I expected.

Old property, rooms need updating and several things needed repairs in room. Carpet was wet in places, bathroom floor was dirty. No real bed pillows just small decorative pillows. Room smelled bad. Third floor room entire floor vibrated until 2am no idea why. Noisy from highway.
