Comfortable bed, big room, good breKfast, friendly staff.

This was one of our more delightful hotel experiences. The hotel is really lovely, with an indoor pool that our kids loved and a STELLAR breakfast buffet. But what made it really special was the staff, who were genuinely warm and thoughtful.

Our stay was okay. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel pool and breakfast were disappointing. Pool was cold and the hot tub was incredibly hot so you couldn’t enjoy either. Unless I missed something, breakfast was limited to dry breads, cereals, and yogurt. I chose a bagel which ended up being still frozen in the middle. Overall, not the worst but just some things to keep in mind when booking, especially if you’re traveling with kids.

From check in to check out, I had a great experience. The evening/night desk person, Gaia, was not only friendly but helpful at offering directions and suggestions or where to find good food at night within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and the morning breakfast was filling, especially the oatmeal with all the fixin's.

This is a quirky, funky( in a good way), bohemian type hotel in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Super- friendly staff, exceptionally clean room, and a beautiful view of the mountains have caused my spouse and I to fall in love with this place. It has such a great vibe. Soulful and artsy. From the front desk to the cleaning staff we were treated in a friendly and welcoming way. The complimentary breakfast is very simple but adequate if you're looking for a quick morning bite. Cereal, toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs etc. Nothing fancy. The place was fully decorated for Halloween which to us showed that the owners go out of their way to give this place a non-chain feel, and they succeed. If you're looking for a unique and welcoming stay this is the place. If you're looking for a cookie cutter, corporate chain type experience then this is not the place.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff excellent breakfast and the Stratford is ecoconscious in many ways. a total gem. Will be back.

The room was clean. Front desk clerk, Gaia, was very nice. Appreciated the fridge having an actual freezer. Towels were better than most hotels at that level. Tv did not work and booklet said to call front desk to change HDMI. Maybe housekeeping could check this when cleaning if its so simple. Same with turning off the alarm clock so it doesnt go off at midnight as it did! Super annoying!! Other than that stay was fine.Left too early for "to go" breakfast.
