Had a leak in the pipes, Serve Pro had loud fans all over the place.

Comfortable bed. The front desk was helpful. The TV mount was wonky as if the screen was too big to move to the appropriate angle for viewing from sofa to bed. Bathroom wall ciuld have been cleaner.

Comfortable bed. The room was spacious, but the room that I had in particular could use a little more help in cleanliness on the bathroom wall.

This is an average hotel in every way. The service was okay, nothing special. The cleanliness was acceptable but not outstanding. Breakfast was good.

My room was clean and accommodating for me and my family. I always do a room clean before we unpack and my clorox wipes did not find any dirt or dust. I still sanitzed the toilets, remote, kitchen area, and sofa but I travel with my young son that has allergies.

I booked my room 7 days in advance with specials request. Handicap room on the first floor. We drove all the way from Houston to little Rock. There no drive up available to the front door. Had to park in the parking lot and walk in. The lady checking us in said sorry we don't have a room on the first floor. but on the 4th floor, I booked it a week in advance special instruction. She said sorry. She then said I give you a free snack. I told i don't want a snack I want handicap room on the first floor. Then I asked for a luggage cart and said I'm sorry I guess there being used. Day 2 we had to drive to Missouri back we tried back around 7:00 pm go to our room and guess what was not clean, no new towels, beds not made----nothing I go down stairs to the same lady from last knight. Asked her if she remember me she said yes. I said guess what house keeping did nothing to our room not clean towels. All she said was I'm sorry let me get you some towels.... I stay at Marriott because they use to be a step above the rest. But no more never again will I stay at a Marriott.

Everything went well

Hotel was located central to our needs. Seemed in a safe location. Brandon "BD" was great during checkin and our stay. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

Room had stains on bed and couch.

Over all wife and I had a very good experience. The Wi-Fi should be password protected.
