Lack of any interaction with anyone in the hotel. You had to ring a phone to let them know you were there. Someone came out and checked us in. There was a box to put your key in when you leave.
Other than that, we never saw any other employees anywhere. There was NO FOOD for breakfast, and no orange juice. There were 3 other juices and coffee only.
The room and bed were great and it had great jets on the hot tub.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel stay. The room was nice and the amenities were well maintained.

The hotel itself was clean but there was little to no contact with any employees. There was only coffee and juice available-no continental breakfast. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom off the lobby.

Stood at the front desk for 15 minutes trying to check in. Walked the halls of the hotel to find nobody. When I finally got checked in. Used towels in the bathroom, hair on the shower wall. Wouldn’t recommend.

The toilet seat was broken. The mattress cover had pop or coffee stains. The bed skirt had awful stains as well. Did not notice until the morning. No one at desk at checkout or would have said something.

The room was good size and you didn't hear much outside noise.The towels were small and the air conditioner was slightly noisy.

The toilet had fecal stains from a previous guest. There was a dead fly on the headboard. The bathroom had lotion/soap dispensers that were held to the wall with some kind of adhesive and they kept falling down. The surface of the bathtub was eroded away. The bed was comfortable and we slept ok. However, this room was not worth the close to $200 fee that we paid for one night. Also, the worker urinating onto the concrete in the parking lot was a turn-off.

It appeared as though no one was manning the front desk and we waited for 15 minutes before someone came to check us in. That was my first impression. Then we got to the room and there was a kitchenette but there were no plates, silverware or cooking utensils. Also a bad impression. But the bed was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a breakfast buffet there instead of just juice and coffee.

On Expedia this property claims they serve breakfast. They don’t. My room was to have a couch or chair. It didn’t. Air conditioning didn’t work in one room but the gentleman at the desk quickly moved us to a different room.

It’s an average hotel with a good bed and shower. No frills or breakfast. Accomplished what we needed.

Positives: Heritage Hotel was adequate. The suite was set up nicely. The bed was comfortable. The room temperature was nice.
Negatives: The room lacked in cleanliness. The chair and sofa were clearly dirty- the chair was even sticky to touch the arm rests. The shower curtain had some dots of black mold on bottom. Pillow case covers smelled musty.
If Heritage steps up their cleanliness we would stay again.

It had instant hot water to shower and at the sink. Coffee all night. Quiet and clean. Stairs going up to the room could use a good vacuuming. Other than that we would stay there again.

I guess they say you get what you pay for everything was broken in the room the latch the hair dryer there was no shampoo or soap in the dispensers and the room definitely smelled like covered up urine but it was only $100

stayed 3 nights lobby was dirty when we got there and the same mud was still there when we left, garbage around the desk was still there, room was not vacumed. pool area was the same way, dirty floors all three days same foot prints in the same spots. never cleaned. Said they had continetal breakfast but theyre was none, not even coffee. the bathroom by the pool ... toilet was full of s#!& almost to over flowing and it was still there the morning we left. Railing going to second floor was about to fall off and the carpets were never cleaned or even vacumed mud and dirt never moved. I will not ever stay there again. after checking in never saw anyone at the front desk again

Average but a bit disappointing... roof construction going on so noises throughout the stay (we were on the top floor) and there was no breakfast--there is a room and all of the accoutrements set out but no food whatsoever. No coffee either, the machine only spit out lukewarm water (not a traditional coffee maker, but a newer machine you press a button and choose what type of coffee you want). Also, room key doesn't work on the side doors to get into the building, there were other guests with the same problem and if you leave the door ajar so you can get back in when loading/unloading your car an alarm sounds after about 10 seconds. Can't say I recommend this place yet, maybe after they get their issues resolved.

Desk not staffed. When we could finally get staff they did not apologize. Very uncaring hand unhelpful. Could not check in when we arrived due to no staff so could not use room before going out for evening. Towels not replaced and no service in room for second night

No power when arrived. Only motel with no generator. Staff tried to place on third floor. Widows screens, windows lock & microwave broken. No breakfast even though they had the room set up for it. Room smelled and we couldn’t open windows due to no screens and mosquitoes.

Property improvements were going on. Shingles were being replaced and new grass sod was installed when I was there. Room was nice, clean bathrooms. Outside of property was nice. Nice beds, soft pillows (4 on each bed). Air conditioning worked good. Quiet room. Stayed here last year too. Will stay again. No breakfast but I don't eat right away after getting up. Has a pool but I never used it. Overall a good place to stay.

Checked in really late as we where driving through at 5:30 am someone was pounding on the floor sounding like they where scraping the carpet off the floor. Front desk did not see to care. I work in construction and I understand getting an early start but 5:30 am is a little rediculous

Check in was really nice. The pool is incredible. The hot tub is to die for - soooo relaxing and clean. Thank you! The rooms and beds are clean, relaxing, amazing. The beds are BIGGER than advertised. Feels great to be here!

Bizarre experience. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and a guest waiting to check in. A note was left to call. The guest called and called. By the time someone answered saying they would be over "when they finished" there was two more guest behind us waiting to check in. The woman who came worked at another hotel. She was very frustrated as evidently the front desk staff had abandoned her post early (she was supposed to stay to 11:00, afterwards covered by staff at another hotel). The poor woman did not know the computer system at this hotel. What a mess. She just started giving out keys. We had prepaid via Expedia. Next morning. No breakfast, no coffee and still no one at front desk. CRAZY!

Check-in had some issues. All day coffee and orange juice were empty but they did refill the following day. Comforter was not washed and it was disgusting; one of those white comforters that would normally give a crisp appearance, but ours were obviously not clean.
