Our stay was good

The stay was OK- not worth the price in my opinion. When we arrived we had to wait for 30 minutes before checking in because there was someone checking in for a few other people (no biggie) but then after I waited all that time someone else walked up to the counter and the worker at the desk chose to help them before helping me (he knew we had been waiting for half an hour because my toddler was getting restless). We finally got checked in, and then when we got to the room and the TV didn’t work AND there was no bedding for the pull out couch. We went to the front and they gave us a flat sheet and a tiny blanket. They had no other bedding available. We had other blankets in our car we went and got for our little one but he was cold most of the night. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. I think there are better places to stay for the price.

The reviews say people had problems with their room keys. I didn’t think it would be that big of deal but it turned out to be a huge deal. I was locked out of my room for over 2 hours. There wasn’t anyone working the front desk. Had to call corporate and they called the owner. An employee that takes care of the pool took care of the situation. I canceled th rest of my reservation and left.

Desk clerk charged me for the room even when I showed her proof that it had already been paid thru 3rd party booking. She then told me I would have to call them to fix it. After being on hold for an hour with 3rd party, they called the property and got it resolved.

There was no lit sign directing us to hotel. No working lights in parking lot. Very quiet hotel & comfy bed

When my husband and I checked in the front desk did not run our door keys. We had to go back to front desk to have them keyed. The only one elevator was extremely slow. Especially when we were on the third floor.

Disappointed. Office chair provided in the room had ripped and torn fake leather on the top section and seat. More then half of the seat was destroyed.
When we complained it was not replaced but, told they would make a note of it. Not smart! The front desk should have checked to see which rooms were empty and taken a chair that was in better shape to replace ours.

Had to wait at front desk with no attendant for 7-8 min on arrival and had to wait again the next day.

We slept well there but the reason I gave it a 4 star rating is someone recently broke the room window, it was taped but not replaced yet.

Walked in and had to stand around for 10 min to be greated. No way to get ahold of anyone. Lady who checked us in was very rude. The lights in the parking lot were off so felt uncomfortable to unload the car and had a hard time seeing. Then the next morning our cards stopped working so bad to get new ones to get in our room

The fact that this hotel was rated exellent was a joke. From the moment we pulled up we felt like we had been ripped off. The parking lot had absolutely no street lights on the entire stay. When I checked in the woman at the front desk was more interested in having a discussion with another someone else and having a conversation on her phone then helping me. The elevator barely worked. We didnt use it after the first time. It was later marked out of order. The room was moldy smelling, damp, and had water stains on the ceiling. There was peeling drywall throughout the room and the rest of the hotel. We even saw mold in what should have been a vending area but was empty. The sad part about it is we stayed in this hotel maybe 4 years ago and it was really nice. The only good part about our stay was walking out the door when we left.

Room was comfortable and clean. Door key reader didn't work in first room. Required 3 trips back to the front desk (with my luggage) for new keys before they finally assigned a new room. Front desk agent was rude and confrontational.

The key cards wouldnt work, had to be moved to another room. Staff was helpful though. The 3 rd floor hallway smelled bad, but the room was fine. Bathroom had a real locking door, unlike newer places

Worst place we've ever stayed! First, the hall smelled like rotten eggs and cigarette smoke (advertise non-smoking facility). Our window was broken, the towels were thread barren, there was rust in the shower and the kleenex was empty. The worst part was that the toilet wouldn't flush. We had to remove the lid, pull up on the chain to start the flushing process and then push down to stop it.

The room was spacious and clean, totally fine for an overnight stay! The man at the front desk was not professional and had been playing video games. The place had a sewage smell when you first came in and the pool was closed. Still, overall, it was a decent stay.

What was lacking was made up for in friendly staff and a clean spacious room. We were disappointed that the pool was out of service (heater being replaced) although they did send us to a nearby hotel (Beat Weatern) to use their pool (owner is the same). That pool was cold and the slide was down. Poor reviews of that pool is the reason we didn’t book that hotel, so it’s ironic we ended up there to swim anyway. The price was reasonable compared to other options though so can’t complain too much. Again, the staff at both hotels were very nice and they tried to accommodate us the best they could.

When I checked in the gentleman was on the phone discussing a guest on the second floor and how to handle getting them removed. We had three adults and three children on our reservation. We had a suite with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa which is what I requested. We had three bath towels and our a/c fan was not blowing. The room was very warm. I went down to the desk to get towels and see about the AC problem. I was given the towels but was told nothing could be done about the A/C, after a while it will cool down. I wasnt happy but at that point there wasnt a sollution so we hat a hot night. I had to make another trip downstairs to get sheets for the sofa bed because there were none in the room. Breakfast in the morning, cold eggs. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

The room was pretty nice, wifi stopped working early evening and never came back up. The exterior door at the far end of the parking lot was broken so I had to use the front entrance.

The little asian lady that ran the breakfast was aweaome! She was so hospitable and made some awesome breakfast burritos!
Our room was sooo clean. Room 102 and we had so much room, 2 queens and a sofa sleeper! Will definitely stay again. Older property, but well kept!

Great, helpful staff. Pool was out of order as they have been waiting on a part for well over a month. Breakfast was nice every morning. Complimentary ice tea and lemon water in the lobby. Definitely convenient location to the freeways. Spacious rooms.

They were apparently short staffed as there was no one at the front desk the next morning and the gentleman doing the breakfast seemed a little overwhelmed and said something about vacation, The young man who checked us in was not personable at all and every time we went in or out that day he was on his cell phone. This did not live up to what we expect from Comfort Inn and we will not stay here again.

This motel was relatively easy to get to off of I-135, although it is off the beaten path. It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Check in went smoothly. The room is adequate and the Wi-Fi reasonably fast. Breakfast is good. The beds are comfortable. The only slight issue is the closeness to the interstate made for a lot of traffic noise. The value for cost is good and I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in the area.
