Everything was great until I was being intimate with my significant other and one of the ladies that cleans the rooms happen to open my door didn't even say housekeeping I specially put the sign on the door to not disturb and I am very embarrassed that she seen my privates I didn't want to rate them at all it was a very bad experience and I think I should be compensated for this!

Overall okay. A few drawbacks: Not a lot to check out nearby. There was a weird smell in the room and the noise of the AC is terribly loud.

This is a great place to stay, but at 4am we were woken up by the fire alarm. There was no fire.
It’s great that their alarm works, but I like to be asleep at 4am. They had a technical problem at the time that caused the alarm to malfunction and I get that sometimes stuff happens, still waking up at 4am is not something that I ever want to do when I am trying to get some sleep.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet room. The food at their restaurant was not only excellent but a great value.

Denied my son check in and just couldn’t care less about leaving him out on the street at night. Even though the reservation was in his name.

Easy to check in and out. The parking was nice and close to the property. I saw lots of people cleaning all around the hotel, I liked that a lot. Friendly staff over the hotel.

Liked location, service and cleanliness. I don't know why I was given a handicap room, I did not requested it and it is quite amusing taking a shower as water goes all over the place. Other than that everything else was just great

Quick and easy check in. Our thermostat wasn’t working and they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Bed was very comfortable. Room and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good, even though we had to pay for it. Friendly staff.

I was greeted very rudely along with rude dining. I was very hesitant to approach the conflict as I did not want my stay to be worse, I also came across roaches in my room. I spoke with management about all the issues with my stay
