We have stayed here before so that's why we stayed again. The check in person was really nice and very efficient. Just a few things that could be improved on. First of all the beds were not that comfortable, there's no clock in the room so you never know what time it is, there's no bar of soap for the
shower. Would appreciate twocomfortable chairs in the room. There's only one desk chair and it's not really a comfort chair at all. Laying across the bed to watch TV since most of us that stay there are going to Mayo clinic and need medical attention really is not comfortable for a couple or a person and a caregiver

For my son‘s health reasons, we had to leave one night early. Expedia would not credit me the night that we didn’t stay there. In fact, on the app there wasn’t even a box for me to check. And that’s even after I paid extra for travel insurance. a one star rating from me for sure.

Overall stay was good just needed a place close to Mayo Clinic and this was perfect .
Older property so everything no going to be perfect. Staff was very good and helpful went above and beyond. Will stay here again for check up

The room phone didn’t work properly. When I called my brother in another room, I could hear him but he couldn’t hear me. I called for maintenance but no one came.
The safe could not be locked. Again, I called for help but no one came.
My card worked the first time but then stopped working. I had to return to the front desk to have it reset.
Housekeeping didn't provide any services for a two night stay. They didn't make the bed or clean the bathroom. When I called the front desk, they said housekeeping services were every other day. I'd not been informed of that change.
Breakfast did not include real juice options. Paper plates and plastic utensils were unpleasant to eat with.
Definitely will not choose Hampton Inn and Suites again.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was quite spacious. The included breakfast is an appreciable added value. Check-in at the hotel was quick and the service was quite pleasant.

Everything about our stay was great! When we arrived, the manager greeted us and could not have been any nicer! Our room was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and plenty of options. This hotel was very convenient as far as location. Only 30 minutes from the airport and lots of restaurants and places to shop close by. Beach is only about 10 minutes away as well. And Mayo Clinic is only about 5 minutes away. Highly recommend staying here!

For a king size suite the bed was like sleeping on a rock and the breakfast was not good. I have stayed before and in standard room and was very comfortable and the breakfast was much better than this stay.

Stayed here for a trip to Mayo. Check in was easy, beds comfortable, breakfast was tasty. Didn’t use the gym or pool, but appreciate the amenities. Priced well. You can ask for the Mayo rate if you call the hotel directly!

Walked in the room first day full of crumbs/sand/dirt. It had not been vacuumed. The shower knob fell off the wall. Water splashing everywhere flooding the bathroom. Talked to the front desk at 9:00 am and instead of taking care of the issues right away they sent someone at 4:00 pm to vacuum after telling them again, right when we had returned to the room and wanted to relax. Only positive is that there is good space in the room but overall very expensive for the conditions it was in. Very disappointed in the stay for what we paid.
