The products in the bathroom were low or empty. The people above us were banging all hours of day and night. Complained to front desk multiple times but continued. Hotel management did not do anything about it.

Very nice hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. Easy parking. Close to restaurants. Clean and safe location.

Everything was fine except the breakfast (eggs and meat) were of poor quality and taste. Room, internet, bathroom were excellent.

Nice stay, great staff... had shampoo in the conditioner bottle, elevator carpet dirty, asked for towels that i never received, food left in fridge from previous guest, music in lobby in and out constantly, sketchy internet

I requested a wheelchair accessible room, We got a hearing impaired room. No handicap accessible toilet or tub. room was so narrow the chair barely fit. Plus No WiFi.

The heater went out , repaired and went out again and I had to ask front desk and repaired it myself with there instructions

Not enough lighting in the bathroom, handicap bathroom in room could use a bench. Unable to access Wi-Fi with password.

They were very accommodating, giving us a first floor room as requested. It was very clean, and the pool was awesome!

There were some black bugs in the bathroom. They refused to give any additional towels. The second night at 2:48am the fire alarm was pulled. The front desk lady was frantic and the fire department had to show up to show her where the reset button was. The best part was checking out that receptionist was kind and friendly, and laughed with us about our horrible experience.

I asked for bottom floor close to the lobby. They put me on the top floor as far away from the elevator as possible. Check in is at 3pm. The lady would not let me check in at 2:30pm even though all of the house keepers were gone. I don't know why but she did let other people check in before 3pm. I didn't act ugly to her. I was respectful to her.

When we arrived, we realized the tv was broken. Went to the front and someone went up and said they fixed it. After leaving to get dinner, it was all fuzzy and not working again. Went back down and was told to just push a cord back in the make it work. Once I rejected that solution because it was not one, I was told the lady in the lobby needed to verify and see for herself. She went up and told my husband to just not move it to face our kids and that would work. We requested a different room and were put in one that was not like what we paid for. The thermometer in that room was broken, but we just dealt with it because we jad already moved and it was late. Front desk person was very unpersonable and rude.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Comfy bed and good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful

Nice room but late night arrivals were very inconsiderate. Excessive noise made sleep difficult.

The housekeeping staff was HORRIBLE. Despite having a do not disturb sign on my door, they entered anyway TWICE, And she had her 2yo son with her entering the room...

Took my grandsons there. They had nachos and cheese. They enjoyed that at that night very friendly staff we thoroughly enjoyed it.

A few repairs in room:( seems like a newer hotel) bathroom under sink wall damaged and not completely finished patch, grout in shower some minor wk needed, and plug issues on side of bed. Good coldness from Air and frig.

I paid $50 more than I made reservations for They gave me a handicapped room with terrible shower n moldy dirty mat n shower
