Clean room, pool not open, alt. Available.. door jamb into 213 needs sanding and paint, nice fridge with freezer for our blue ice, dead bugs in beds. Very nice staff.

After a long day of driving, I look forward to have a cool plunge in the pool. It was closed.

Everything was wonderful, staff and all. However, this is July in Oklahoma - meaning 100° temps and the pool was broken. However!! We were able to use the neighboring hotels pool to make up for it!! Had a wonderful stay!

Friendly staff. Not spotless but clean. The bedding is old and needs to be replaced.

Arrived late in the evening, no one was at the front desk for several minutes for check in - when someone did arrive, they were wearing a shirt with a logo for a different company other than the hotel and had no name tag - after checking in, went out, came back, went to the room, right before bed, the fire alarm went off, raced downstairs, someone different at the front desk, also wearing a shirt with a different company ignored my questions about the alarm, went outside, waited, nothing happened, fire department never showed, went back inside after seeing the alarm lights off, asked again what the situation was, got no response, only another guest said it was a false alarm, so after continuing to be ignored by the front desk person, I went back to the room - the room was clean, but the AC could not keep up with the ambient temperature, it was very humid and even running the AC at a very low temp on high settings did not keep the room cool - shared this feedback with another front desk person on check out - she apologized, said she would speak with her manager, but nothing else was offered - would not stay again, would choose different hotel

first room smelled like smoke. second room had noisy ice machine right outside the door. dirty stained hall carpets and elevator carpet. front desk people were nice. exercise room would be nice.

Very welcoming and the breakfast was superb.. See ya next time.

It was great, just needs some thicker curtains or shade because the hotel's and gas station's night lights were shinging through the window all night.

The pool was across in a different hotel. It was chilly. At least three people in the fsmily couldn't tolerate it.

Booked a hotel with an indoor pool but pool was out of service. Cleaning staff was very nice but front staff, not so much. The room was clean but the bathroom wall was cracked and there was mold and mildew around the tub. Unfortunately, the cost of the room was not adjusted for not meeting the standards advertised.

Great, the only problem was pool was broke. However, we were able to use hotel behind us.

The pool was out of order and the attendant was rude during checkout. Other than that it was peaceful.

Had to walk over to Hampton to use the pool….good note breakfast was good.

The breakfast was good. Otherwise checking in the first employee rude and hated being there. She was back when we checked out and was also just as rude. Area carpets are old and very stained you can’t even clean them anymore. Room was not as clean either.

The person at the front desk was very young, not too welcoming but seemed nice. The room smelled like smoke although it was supposed to be a smoke free room. The AC took about an hour before it cooled the room down. It was quiet, comfortable beds and they have hardwood floors which we liked because normally the rooms smell bad with carpets. The wooden floors made it look nicer. The breakfast could’ve been better, they only served eggs and sausages as a Hot item. They had waffles, cereal, fruits and bread. If we had too, we would stay there again during another road trip.

The room and property were very clean and neat. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Elevator was filthy, gross. Room is ‘ok’. Just. Air conditioner does not keep room cool. Staff nice.

I only got this room so I could take my kids swimming on Father’s Day, and unfortunately the pool was disgusting. There was no ventilation in the pool room, so it was like walking into a sauna. There was black mold and rust on every surface, algae growing in the grout, and the water was cloudy and reeked of mildew. Management refused request for refund, even though we checked out within an hour of check-in. Do not choose this hotel if you want to swim. Truly appalling.

I was road tripping and needed a safe place to stay outside of Oklahoma City where I would be comfortable with my vehicle in the parking lot over night. This parking lot was super well lit at night and felt secure. The check in process was quick and easy, the hotel itself seemed nice and updated. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. I would say the one weak spot was the bathroom, it definitely needed some updating to match the rest of the room and property.

counter tops were dusty. no hot water in shower. broken plug in bath tub. broken hair dryer. elevator made ominous sounds during operation, possible saftey issues with it!!
