2 nights. Joanne was very helpful at check in with local suggestions. Rooms comfortable. Nice breakfast room with basic breakfast selection. Would have liked a kettle in room.

AC was in nook in bedroom with a thermostat built in so the nook was cold but the rest of room suffered. Need to bring thermo to bed area where you don't need to set the AC to 60 under the winter comforter. Nice pool area and breakfast was ok.

We stayed for five nights and it was a useful base to explore Cape Cod . As a family run motel , it felt welcoming and quite comfortable , with clean and bright communal facilities such as the breakfast room and the good sized pool area .
The rooms are clean and spacious, a little musty smelling , but the windows open wide for fresh air .
There’s a fridge and a microwave, but disappointingly , no facilities to make a hot drink in the room.
For longer stays you can request a change of towels . We really appreciated the quiet area and the proximity to the sea.

Perfect location on a quiet street in South Yarmouth within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately, although rooms were very clean and recently renovated, it was very musty and the beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache almost every morning (we stayed for 3 nights). These should be simple fixes to make the stay a much better experience.

While the motel is dated, it is under new management and the husband and wife team have renovated the rooms and have worked hard to create a welcoming, clean, safe, comfortable stay for their guests. Our family of 5 had the best time at the motel. Their free substantial breakfast spread was also amazing. One thing to note, is that many of the rooms have stairs so if accessibility is a concern, then please inform the motel in advance.

Clean had a little musty smell. Good shower pressure-which is a rarity at hotels. Good location-less than a five minute walk to the beach. Owners are attentive and major workers. Quick to help and so personable. I would definitely stay again.

For a new owner Norbert and his family are doing a fantastic job. They are extremely personable and concerned about their guests. Very friendly and willing to help in any capicity.

Everything about Ocean Breeze Motel is a dream. The location (walking distance to a beach on the Sound), the staff and service, and the adorable and very clean rooms were perfect. I had the kitchette and there was tons of room, the kitchen complete with a full fridge, pots, pans, dishes, etc. and made the stay very relaxing. The pool is heated and was also lovely. Terrific space, unbeatable price and value. My family and I will certainly book our stay here in the future. Thanks so much!

My daughter and I loved this hotel. All staff we met were so friendly and kind. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The continental included was great too. Nice pool and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

We became friends with the owners instantly. The kitchen area for breakfast was amazing and clean. The room was amazing. We actually booked our next years vacation at check out. Motel itself is centrally located with restaurants, coffee shops (super important), and a 2 second trip to beachfront. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to stay here. Thank you Norbert and family. Your hospitality was truly wonderful.

The hotel was located in a residential area as opposed to the busy commercial area which we really liked. Also the beach was a very short walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Our only complaint would be that breakfast is not served until 8AM and there are no coffee machines in the rooms.

Walkable distance to the beach and in less than five minutes you are there, though we chose to drive to different ones most of the time. The pool is nice though we did not try it; the quite hours were not quite quiet though it did not bother us a lot. Clean space and friendly staff. We liked it overall though a little bit pricey for the days we stayed (holiday).
