the pool area seemed under kept and the bed was squeaking

very cosy and well designed Interieur. friendly staff. great location with direct beach access and sea view.

The facility was clean nice. The view watching the sun rise was breathtaking. That alone was worth the trip. Coffee was bad. Other then that everything was perfect👍

Location was great for beach access in Yarmouth Having a private beach for the hotel was a plus Room size was great size for a family of four.

Local Food Selection (walking distance) was limited. Would be nice for the Ocean Club to have additional options. Air conditioning in one bedroom unit left the kitchen area cold but the bedroom area hot. Difficult to equally cool the unit.

Property had no interest in a price concession for a late arrival, even though because of it, they did not need to provide maid service. Although they offered, nobody was available to take my wife's request for a fam for the room. Time share salesperson was rather pushy. First after not arriving to the property until 8:00 AM (and no sleep for 24+ hours), he called and woke my wife up with all these minor incentives to attend a presentation. Then, as I set my foot on the beach for the first time and still dead tired, he approached us again to offer us the "opportunity". I shut it down immediately. Balcony was small. 6/11/2022: I just completed a phone call with Booking.com. Again, the property refused to make any concession, stating not their fault". Clearly, it wasn't their fault, but fault is not the answer.. compassion and caring are the correct responses. Good property, not good people.

Great location right on the water. Room was a great size to spread out and relax. Kitchenette was a nice bonus with ocean views.

Facilities are dated. I thought my room came with a balcony but it was just a sliding door. Still nice to open up for fresh air. Bed frame needed replacement but other than that it was great.
