Woooow honestly one of the best hotels ever! The attention to detail and the kindness of the staff was amazing. Best massages at the spa totally recommendable. The staff from the valet parking and reception were outstanding !

Excellent location. Garden view room very good and comfortable. Some room have bath and balcony. Reception aims to please. Slow and soso service from bar. Breakfast choice good but slow Small indoor pool good if only 4 ppl max. Pool could be more heated

I arrived earlier than check-in time and they provided spa/swimming pool use and coffee at the lounge and the room was ready just in time. All staff was super attentive, friendly and accommodating. The moments restaurant was definitely the highlight of our stay. Excellent and professional dining experience. All in all, it was one of the most memorable stay!

Absolutely amazing everything perfect and most of all the have been helping us so much since the airline company lost our luggage and we arrived at the hotel with basically nothing at all ! They supported us in every possible way thank you so much mandarin oriental !

It was a fabulous trip and service was truly exceptional. Special mention to Gabriel who sorted all our restaurants for us, Fernando who was so kind and Ines who was extremely helpful. Our room was constantly spotless. Location was perfect and we could walk to all the major sights. Breakfast was delicious. My one comment would be that the room was on the small side and we were overlooking some run-down buildings (not ideal). However, we were barely in the room and it was furnished to an exceptional standard. I have stayed at a few hotels in Barcelona (the W, Arts etc) and this is undoubtedly and deservedly the best.

Everyone from the moment we arrived was dedicated to us having a fantastic stay. We were given a tour of the hotel to show the amenities with a welcome tea when we first arrived. Also, told about a few close by things we could take advantage of since our earlier scheduled tour had been ruined by a delayed flight. As we entered and exited the hotel to venture out the staff inquired just enough to see if they could provide us anything to help our trip to Barcelona be special. The spa experience was amazing! You must experience it. We will be back and are looking at other Mandarin hotels to stay for future travel.
