The room was nasty. The sheets were stained. The floor was dirty. I’m nevof the doors didn’t lock or closed. The place was also under construction I wasn’t told any of this till I was checked in and saw my room & pulled the covers back. I asked for cancellation and my money back. Said I’d need to contact Hotels.con. I just couldn’t stay there. It was aweful.

The hotel room reeked of pineal. No real dining options as most everything closed at 8pm.

Convenient location, right off the highway. Surprisingly quiet even though it is adjacent the highway. While the hotel is a bit outdated, the room and bed were comfortable. I got a very restful sleep before another long day of driving!

I was very pleased with my room as well as the amenities. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The hot tub was awesome. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful to extend our stay, due to truck problems. In addition, the person at the front desk had a good suggestion for a repair location. We used her suggestion and hopefully their help will get us home (530 miles). The hotel is still dated, but it is clean and in great repair. Also, the trailer parking is handy and significant.

We have stayed at this hotel every year on our way to the Phoenix area. We love the location and the staff is always very professional and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

This is a spread out property with multiple access points and huge parking convenient for trucks. I would have stayed some place else if I had known ahead of time.

We were put off n a room next to indoor pool that someone was having what sounded like a bunch of loud drunks at a party in the pool. We had been up since 3 am and just wanted to sleep. That did not happen. The ac was not cooling correctly and made terrible noise. The door did not even lock

Room was so nice we just booked for Saturday to stay on our way back to Texas from rush trip to Colorado

My stay there was very nice very accommodating nice indoor pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants close to the freeway. It was just perfect.

Not horrible but not the greatest either for the price. The indoor pool didn’t seem very clean and had flies (dead in the pool and flying around).

The staff was very nice, I wish the property was as nice as they were. The room, so only one bed had a blanket, the other only had a sheet and a top cover sheet, the toilet paper holder wouldn't stay on the wall, asked for clean towels and never got help. The bathroom was pretty dirty; looked like boogers wiped on the door frame. Keep your employees, they are the only reason I gave so many stars. Especially your weekend breakfast lady. She was great. Her last name is Baca.

Front desk staff were kind. Room was musty smelling and warm with lots of visual damage to dresser and TV stand. While showering fire alarm kept going off in the room. Definitely didn't look like the room online.

We visited the blue hole in Santa Rosa and this hotel was convenient to get there. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good but a little boring, but I might be spoiled.

This hotel was clean, quiet and had all the amenities including a safe in the room. It was a large, updated room. Breakfast was very good with many choices. I recommend this hotel. We ate at a Mexican restaurant nearby that was also very good.
