Clerk was helpful with directions to a nearby restaurant. She also offered us water bottles upon arrival which was appreciated.

Had a great stay. Nice clean room, fairly comfy. They had a pool and hot tub which was very nice after a long day of driving. Breakfast was really good. Would def stay again

It did seem like the ac ran constantly regardless of the temp it was set on.

I have noticed it has become a hit and miss when booking a Holiday Inn. I usually don’t mind to pay the increased cost but I do expect the promised quality and comfort.

Started out booking wrong type room..just had to deal with that.
Then the toilet was clogged and bathtub would not drain and the hotel as a whole was pretty run.
Since the cost of the room was $204 I expected my usual well kept Holiday In. Expreas…it was not!

OK, but Holiday Inn Express Hotels, in general, seem to be behind on room maintenance. Otherwise, clean enough to stay in. Right next to I-40, lots of road noise.

The comforters were dirty, we were looking at the maids carts as they were walking by and there were no comforters or covers on their cart. The floors were also dirty. There was some dirt/mud underneath the sink area in the bathroom.

The property looked more newly renovated in the pictures. The Main Street and surrounding highway made it noisy. The room was clean, but well used. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Did not think the price was warranted because the property wasn’t as new as expected.

The traffic noise was so loud too loud. I fThere is a constant hum in the room nonstop. we felt like we’re sleeping on the freeway. The refrigerator is what made a constant hum.

The service was great, the hotel is clean, but expect traffic noise from the freeway.

Our stay was fine once we got there.....but, putting their address into a GPS takes you to a place with absolutely no signal and a closed down road in the pitch black of night which could have ended not so good if we weren't smart people. I would suggest to mention to people to put in the address of the Pilot gas station nextdoor to the hotel as that address worked.
