Enjoyed my stay very much. Only problem I had was Hotel.com didn’t cancel my other reservation that I canceled because this one had a better rating and was more secure

Renovated updated rooms, everything was clean. Our key card didn't work upon checking in so I had to go downstairs to fix it but other than that little hiccup the service and the stay overall was great. The pool is on a smaller size.

There was a microwave in the room that didn't work. We stayed for three days and each day i asked for it to be fixed but no one ever came to look at it. I believe there were 75 rooms in this hotel and yet there was only one elevator which made things difficult at times. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good but the water was very hard. The walls in the room looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The floor on the third level was uneven and it felt like the carpet was put over some plywood that had buckled.

Pros: The room was spacious and modern. The room had a large tv, mini fridge, microwave, and couch. The beds were also very comfortable. The front desk receptionist was very nice. The breakfast had good choices to pick from.
Cons: The bathroom floors and tub were dirty. Our microwave also had old food that was not removed after the desk was notified. The pool was very cold. The toilet paper holder broke immediately after use.

The check-in experience went very well. Upon entering my room I always video tape the condition for my own information. The room was very clean and fully stocked with toiletries and towels. I also noted that the carpets and flooring were very clean. The only complaint that I have is that the smoke detector in the room was wrapped with a hand towel. I went to the front desk and informed the clerk and they said they would send someone to resolve the issue. Upon my return to the room after 11:00 PM, the detector was still blocked. As a customer, I was concerned due to the potential safety risks. Otherwise, the breakfast was satisfactory with good meal options.

The property hadn't been cleaned in a while. Floors and surfaces in the room were sticky. The bed sheets were in bad condition (heavily worn with tears). The elevator floor was extremely sticky. The conditioner on the shower wall was empty. The pool was filthy. Overall it was very unpleasant and the staff was unavailable or absent. It felt like there really wasnt antone looking after the property.

The place is new and beautiful. The main lobby is gorgeous. They did a great job in remodeling the rooms and the front desk manager was outstanding and professional. Heading back soon. You need to see it for yourself

The room I got was an upgraded room so I can only speak to that perspective. The staff was nice. The place was clean. I didn’t wake up early enough for breakfast therefore I cannot speak on that. But it was very quiet which I loved because some hotels you can hear everything. It was a lovely stay.

Our room was given access to another guest. While in our room another guest came in with their card due to an error at the front desk.

The staff were decent, the room was decent. Our complaint is that the bathroom was horrible, the bathtub was peeling as if it had been painted. The desk area of the room was unclean as well. This is not acceptable for a $200 /night hotel.

I stayed on the second floor. I could hear the guests in the room above me on the third floor walking the floor. Continental breakfast could have more options of fruits. Otherwise they have a friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff at front desk. Free breakfast was great. We were able to lodge three folks in the room when we came for a family funeral.
However, I must say that the roll out couch was not comfortable. The mattress is thin and one can feel the couch structure through the thin mattress.
