Perfect for a stopover in Eugene.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the internet was fast and the staff were extremely nice.

Not having any morning coffee in the room or in the office was not a good thing.

Smoker smell in room, what sounded like, wife abuser next door. Awful.

A warning for those staying during the hotter months, leave the air conditioning on! We made the mistake of turning off the air conditioning and ended up roasting till mid-morning, when we turned it back on. We want to thank the staff for their friendliness and ease of check-in. 1. Location. Convenient for those looking for immediate freeway/highway access. Next to an arterial. Might pickup more road noise than you could be expecting. 2. Staff. Super friendly and made the reservation confirmation process seamless. The staff walk the property, making them ready for moments like when our card key wasn't working. 3. Room. The room itself is comfortable. The only issues we encountered arose from the mistake of leaving the air conditioning off. As a result, our room overheated. 4. Amenities. This isn't a Best Western or Holiday Inn. So, don't expect a swimming pool, hot breakfast, or bathrobes and slippers. This is a motel for a quick night or weekend. You want a free meal? Go somewhere else. Overall, this was an inexpensive option for a quick overnight stay.

The best thing about the property was the staff. They were friendly, attentive and informative. The location was perfect for my needs.

Structurally and in appearance this is a very simple, classic American motel. But they have a thoughtful and dedicated staff that works hard and keeps things running smoothly. They gave us fantastic food recommendations and were professional and courteous.

The Parkway Inn might be the best value for lodging in Eugene. It is an older motel, but our room was freshly painted and clean, and it had perfectly serviceable furnishings (though some people might find the double bed too small for their liking), a heater/AC that worked well and a large mini-fridge. Though it is on a busy street, we didn't hear any noise at night with the window closed. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

This one of cleanest rooms I have been in for a very long time. This is the second time we have stayed at the Parkway Inn for a reason. My wife and I appreciate how the Inn is kept clean and the staff is very attentive. We will definitely stay here again.

Hard to find using GPS

Drain in shower don’t work and bathroom sink didn’t drain. Door lock didn’t work hardly. Won’t stay again

The drain in the bathroom sink and the shower trained very short, slowly, causing water to back up in thr shower. It was a very good value for the price.

Friendly and pleasant. It’s a good location near to downtown Eugene and UO, but not walking distance.

A bit difficult to get to given 1-way streets; tight parking. Bare-Bones (as expected and as-desired) and adequate for our needs.

Smelled like mold from tje moment i walked in ..started sneezing.. now eys watering.

Our room didn't have any towels or wash clothes at all

My thoughts are that this place is exactly what a Inn/motel is. Setting next to a major road/intersection it is what it is. The staff were great and friendly. I was there during an ice storm that basically shot down the city. With cars being iced over and frozen doors. The staff was around and tried to help those that needed help.

Easy access and parking. Walkable to lots of good restaurants and bars. Small but comfortable room. Very friendly staff and easy check in/out.

An older motel that’s been updated and is being well kept. Really grateful to the kind front desk lady that was checking on me frequently to make sure everything was ok (perhaps bc I travelled solo). The motel is right next to the busy road, but the noise winds down around 10pm.

Could use a coffee maker in room.

The rooms are clean and offer a great level of nostalgia. I would stay here again.

The people seem nice but very old and our room was right on the street very noisy could not sleep had a big tv but if watching from the bad still too small. Personally not going to be my choice again.

Great treatment safe location really clean rooms

The hotel was well maintained. Prompt service everyday. Unfortunately outside of the hotel area like most cities had several homeless people sheltering there

The room was small, clean, comfortable. The mattress was practically new! So comfortable! We have no complaints at all. AC worked great. Easy access for on and off ramp for the freeway. We were at the top of the stairs, you'd think it would have been noisy, but it wasn't. Service was friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
