We were not warned beforehand that we would have to go to a property a mile away to get our room key. Also, they turned off our key several hours before check out time.

The property was clean and neat. The rooms were recently redone a wonderful place to stay only about two blocks from the actual beach in the summer. There is an outdoor pool. It is in walking distance to downtown Cape May with all the shops and restaurants next to the hotel is a park if you have children it’s a great place. Let them go and run around Next to the park in the hotel courts.

Admittedly, I was a little nervous when I checked in. The person at the desk was lovely and helpful but the check in space itself was run down, a bit smelly and just not as nice as the renovated rooms are. Luckily, again, the woman at the desk was warm and friendly. The room was really nice. Everything looked brand new, modern and designed well. I loved the bathroom and it had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again.

The property has been renovated and was nicely done. I had a ground floor unit. The only issue, loud walkers above us. Woke us up at 2am when they came in for the night. Running around above us. That’s my only disappointment.

Thought the place was great. Was upset pool and hot tub were closed on a beautiful day. All other hotels had pool and hot tubs opened

Our stay at The Beach Club on Madison Avenue was great. The place was very clean and comfortable. Easy walking access to the Washington Mall and dining options.

Madison Beach Club was the perfect quiet base camp for our first visit to Cape May. Walkable to everything. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Nice, clean & tidy room with modern bathroom. We will return!

The room was beautiful and clean. Nice pool. Walked to sister property and used the beach which was also great. A bit of noise from upstairs neighbours walking around all night and staff in the mornings but we like to sleep in. Would recommend.

Clean modern room, nice decor. Nice pool and hot tub. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. They also had bikes to rent.
Our room was next to the ice machine, so we were woken up several times in the night by people getting ice or the machine making ice. Also people walking up the stairs outside of our room.

Excellent effeciencies that were immaculately clean. Nice size pool to cool off in after a beach day. Close to Washington Street mall.

The room is just the right size, bathroom is nice and clean. Bed is comfortable.The only thing that we didn’t like was that there were flies,gnats in our room,killed 5-6 of them before we can sleep

The Hotel was exactly as listed. Its an adult only place so having a bit more quiet was nice. The rooms were extremely clean and everything was in place. The pool was maintained and clean as well as a nice hot tub. The nice size fridge was able to hold our wine and left overs! Easy drive to the beach where their main hotel is located and they offer beach chairs and umbrella's. We did not take advantage of this because we just sat by the pool and relaxed. The only one thing I could possibly say is that it needs some sort of foot rest in the shower because it would be easier for my wife to shave! Again though for the price in Cape May its worth it for sure.

Not close at all. We had to drive everywhere. They made it sound like it was near everything. We had to drive everywhere. It was very small and in the middle of a neighborhood. Very misleading. We only stayed one night and canceled the other two nights.

This little place was heaven! I loved this place and this room. The area was amazing for walking, dining, shopping, everything. We had such blast. I’m making to sure to come back with my husband next time.

Enjoyed our stay at the beach Club on Madison! Very clean and updated! Loved that it had a Kitchenette that was stocked. Location was a few blocks from the downtown mall and a few blocks from the beach. They had bikes onsite if you wanted to rent. They also offered Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella for free. I would highly recommend! Lastly, they sent us a text daily making recommendations for activities/happenings going on that day! I thought it was a nice touch. Enjoy☀️

I gave an overall 3 stars because the air conditioning was not good. The room was so humid it was uncomfortable.
Other than that it was a nice place, nice staff and nice pool. Over priced but unfortunately that’s Cape May, all hotels are over priced!

Very nice hotel. It’s tucked away (a few blocks from the beach), but an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, etc. And the rooms are very quaint. Good couch and hangout area, good AC, etc.

The motel was perfect for what we needed. I wish someone was there to check us out on Sunday morning at 8 am when we left. We did leave our keys and towel cards in the room though. No charge or issues with checking out.
