Embassy in the past few years has continued to decline. The price and the expectations are not aligning. This is my third stay in six months at an Embassy and the omelette station has NOT been available.

It wasn't that good. We have stayed there 3 other times and loved it, this time we were put in room 516 which backs up to the elevators. It was hard to get rest.

The staff and service was excellent. The room needed a new seal around the toilet. You could smell sulfur all the time, The carpet in the room and hallways needed cleaning immediately. There was only 1 dryer working for the entire building on the 5th floor and it took 4 cycles to dry my clothes. There were not many plug ins for accessories to charge. Cleanliness is very important especially for 257.00 per night. Do better Embassy Suites.

All was ok, dont like that a customer had her dog around the happy hour food & on sunday they lady making the omelets was amazing, i think she could of used some help because the containers was all put of bacon, eggs etc...& i told the lady cleaning around the coffee area & she was so rude & told me to tell the lady cooking & i told her she was busy & she just walked away from me. She wasn't friendly at all!!!!!

The breakfast was TERRIBLE!!.. It was old , burnt and untasty. I have stayed in plenty locations and this is by far the worst breakfast i have had in a Embassy...my room door didnt close secure unless we slammed it and the key thing hardly worked had to repeat process several times and with a husband being 6'3" the toliet was way too low.

The first impression was the couch was dragged from goodwill. This did it for me. The room on the internet looked great! The lobby is great, but smells even though it is very clean and looks amazing.
There was no shuttle after 8pm as it was advertised, airport shuttle. The receptionist for check-out and check-in is the shuttle driver as well. So I'm assuming there is no shuttle driver after 4pm. Breakfast was sparse. There was no cook to cook omelets. No food in the vendor pantry, they didn't have half the things on their list. It said they had ice cream! Ha! Ha! No freezer. The night clerk was rude, asked if there was any place to get food after 8pm she said No. You can drive to Cheddars. I told her I didn't have a car, my flight had been cancelled. I do not recommend this Embassy Suites. It is definitely up to Embassy Suite Standards.

Beautiful property in a convenient location for us. Our room and hallways could use updating. It was clean and the staff was very good and friendly. The restaurant was closed on a Friday night which was unfortunate.

Woman at the checkin desk was not very friendly (she said her name was Stephanie though she had no name badge on). She never even greeted me. Breakfast was not good. Hotel seems dated and very overpriced. Have stayed at much nicer beach-front resorts for the same or less. Did not seem like a true Embassy hotel.

Please check your rooms! We had to change rooms Because housekeeping did NOT Change the linen. They made up a bed with food in from a previous customer! It was disgusting. Talk the lady from head of housekeeping showed pics & all. She said she was embarrassed! She also stated she would see us at checkout & we NEVER Heard from her since. No email, phone call or anything!

I paid a lot of money for this hotel only for our family to get away and have fun in the indoor pool. 90 degree weather outside yet the piol was icecold and our kids were upset and felt let down. The hot tub was closed as it always is. Wasted money.

Staff need customer service training. The person checking me in just stopped in the middle of checking me in to help coworker fix a computer issue instead of finishing with me first. She never explained where the elevators were so I could get to my room. Supposedly there is a restaurant and pool there but I have no idea where. Bartender left in middle of service to go get mixers from a store, without letting anyone know what he was doing. No one seemed to know the real happy hour times, one said ended at 7 other 7:30. Hours advertised were 5:30 to 7:30 marked out with sharpie to say 7. This was definitely not a Hilton experience.

Stay here with my kids when I come to see them. Absolutely love this place. The first time that we stayed there my 8 year old stop in the middle of a lobby, looked around, and said “omg daddy, we are finally rich!”.
The breakfast is worth the cost of the room alone.

Perfect for this stage of our life. Room was clean, convenient, and spacious. The adjoining room with sofa, tv, and kitchen was an added huge bonus and wonderful. A delicious, bountiful breakfast was another great surprise. This is our new home when traveling. Perfectly executed. Thank you.
