The same night of our hotel stay there was a sport event for children/teens. There were several children on the floor our room was located. Many of those children were allowed to literally run in the hall, hitting our door. This was not the quiet night I was hoping for.

The hotel itself was nice and the restaurant was fantastic. Very walkable part of town. However the pool was closed the entire time we were there and we would definitely have chosen otherwise if we had know that since we were traveling with young kids. We also signed up for the Marriott Bonvoy rewards and we weren't told by anyone that we could change the bill from the restaurant to our room and that would go towards our points. Would have been nice to know after spending hundreds of dollars there.

The front desk employees were helpful and friendly. You have to pay for coffee in the lobby and you can order breakfast to-go from the restaurant but there is no breakfast included. Also be sure to bring your own lotion conditioner and shower gel - these were all empty in the room

Upon arrival, 2:58 PM, we were told that they were waiting for more cleaned rooms to be release. Not a big deal so we went to the bar for a cocktail. We told the bar manager, Penny, that we were waiting to check in but we’d have a drink. Turns out Penny comped our drinks because we had to wait. What a nice gesture and a great start to our stay. 15 minutes later we were in our room. Very nice room. Clean, comfortable, with great water pressure and drainage. We only stayed on night but if ever in Fort Wayne, IN we’d stay there again!!!

In a word, businesslike. This room was set up for a working man, from the pull-out laptop desk to the excellent work chair. Add a friendly staff and a more than decent restaurant plus fairly priced in-and-out parking and you have the best downtown Fort Wayne location I've found yet for business visits.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Courtyard Fort Wayne Downtown Grand Wayne Convention Center, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the attention to detail in the room's cleanliness and design. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, and the hotel's location made it incredibly convenient. After a fun day at the zoo, we were able to easily return to our room and unwind before heading out again. The proximity to the baseball stadium right behind the hotel was a fantastic bonus. We enjoyed a great game without the hassle of transportation, as it was just a short walk away. The convenience of having such an entertaining venue nearby added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, our experience at the Courtyard Fort Wayne Downtown Grand Wayne Convention Center was exceptional. The combination of superb service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location for local attractions made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fort Wayne!

We stayed at the Courtyard Downtown Fort Wayne for four nights in June. Even though we didn't arrive until 4:00 AM due to delayed flight, the front desk greeted us with a smile a quickly checked us in. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our fridge was broken, however. The baseball stadium's fireworks display is right in your face and is awesome, and it's over by 10:30 PM, so it should not disturb your sleep. We would stay here again.

I arrived very late and the check in experience was lackluster. I understand that late night can be a less desirable shift, but isn’t a traveler who spent 17 hours flying coast to coast with layovers as important as others? Conner’s Kitchen was wonderful and my orders were timely and correct. The food is really good!

Had a great stay.

Our car was broken into and the manager in charge was callous and made it seem it was our fault and then a 20.00 fee was assessed to our card which we can only assume was for the parking garage which we were told at check in was 8.00. The cleaning staff and girl at the desk were very kind but this situation and how the manager handled it left a very unpleasant impression and we will not be back.

The hotel needs new furniture and interior renovation. My room was a bit dirty and there was stains furniture.

This was a great location! Easy to find parking and walked to the events we were going to.

Staff was friendly, establishment was very nice and very clean. I stayed on a Saturday and the rate was quite a bit cheaper than I expected. It is also connected to the embassy theatre which was my destination, and a parking garage. Very convenient, I would definitely stay again.

The property is in a quiet and safe area

For the area, the public parking wasn’t bad -$8/day. It did not attach to the hotel so you do have a brief walk to the hotel. Convenient to the Embassy Theater, which is why we stayed there. The room was nice but not well insulated so you hear hallway and neighbor noise and we didn’t realize until late that there was no bed cover in the room and for March/someone who likes to sleep with one that would’ve been appreciated. If it was not late I’m sure they would’ve accommodated if we asked.

Everything was fine with family. The heater in the bedroom did not work. told the front desk they were wanting to move us, but it was like at 2:30 in the morning and we were checking out that day… we were not accommodated or given a discount since we went through hotels.com. We were told that Hotels.com we need to reimburse us of some sort, but never spoke with them

Excellent, and will now be staying at the Courtyard when I'm in town.

Close to our venue to walk

The sheets , pillow cases and ottoman had stains .. The windows were filthy , the shower was also dirty and the coffee bags were all open and the sugar and creamer was missing ... Not worth what i paid for the night

My stay was great. The room was very clean & the walk in shower was very nice. The outside patio area was awesome with chairs & a fire pit. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked a King room and when we arrived they didn't have any available. We didn't arrive until 7 PM and I booked a month in advance. Not sure why we couldn't get the room I booked.

Came into Ft. Wayne for a concert at Embassy Theater. (I did not know when booking that the Embassy Theater has a skywalk going over to in from this hotel, no need to even go outside!) The hotel was very clean had super friendly staff and a great location for things to do before & after the concert. Only thing that would have made it better would be longer hours at Conners.
