It was clean and smelled great too! No complaints here. The beds were comfortable and the service staff was friendly.

Very happy with the location and EVERYTHING about this hotel. We were greeted warmly. We stopped using hotels.com for a bit as it felt as the rooms we were given were the smallest, least desirable. This did NOT occur at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Redding. Our room was perfect!

Nice clean place. Kids friendly. Good choice of breakfast. Close to every thing in Redding and can make a day trip to the Lassen Volcanic National Park. We would love to go back again.

Amazing front desk check in staff!

We arrived after 3 am to our pre booked hotel! (due to an over ambitious driving goal)…but the front desk was the nicest we encountered on our entire 10 day vacation and sad we only stayed one night!!! We asked for a late check out, which was granted without hesitation! The front desk gave use water and a bottom floor room! Our room was large, the bed/pillows super comfortable, and the linens were the softest we had after staying at multiple hotels! Loved the location, wished we had time to try the ice cream shop next door! The best customer service we experienced on our trip!!!

Would I stay here again? Maybe. It depends on the price and availability of the hotels in the area. Good: Room was clean, staff was friendly, parking was easy, overall decent stay. Bad: The "gym" was really small and one of the two treadmills was out of service while the one and only elliptical machine made a scratching sound when used. Also, the breakfast was slightly above average for the area (and had almond milk!) but it didn't have regular oatmeal (my favorite) only the heavily sugar varieties. Missing the only must have breakfast item for me sort of sucked. Overall a decent stay, but I wouldn't make this my go to unless there really wasn't anything else in the area.

Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Check in service wasn’t great. Room was very narrow. No wifi without having to sign up for something. No waffle maker at breakfast. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I don’t know where the people stayed that gave this place an excellent review. Because I sure didn’t get to.
The rooms are so tiny and the walls are paper thin. Could hear the guy next to us talking/yelling all night long. We could hear the words not just the noise. Got a little scared for our safety at one point.
Room was so-so clean and dated. Way too much money for the condition of the room.
Staff was Great. Lobby very nice and clean. Should have stayed at one of the other hotels close by. Stay someplace else.

This property doesn’t just look clean, it smells clean. Very convenient check in and many amenities. It was a hot day and the AC works so well! They don’t stop the thermostat at 65 like other hotels. Easy to get on and off the freeway.

Hotel nice and clean, room was very nice. Noise from adjoining room after 1:00am, and noise from room 3rd floor early 6:00am (stomping, running). Noise not a reflection on the hotel, but lack of concern from check-out staff was disappointing. Our next stay we will ask for third floor. Overall great place to stay. Excellent deli & ice cream shop across the parking lot, very nice people and reasonable pricing for nice sized portions. (Dills Deli open late and 32 Below ice cream also open late).

What a great stop on our way to Crater Lake! Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, happy hour & breakfast were good and best of all it was pet friendly! We would definitely stay here again.

Walls and floors are thin. Had to bang on wall late at night to get people to lower their voices--- they woke me out of a deep sleep. Then we had foot stompers above us with kids running back and forth. We were here five nights.

It was a nice two day stay at this property. We were there with kids, and the place was comfortable and cozy. There was breakfast and all day coffee which was a nice touch. ... Overall nice stay and good people.

I stay here regularly throughout the year as it’s a halfway point to where I’m going. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Something new that they’ve added to the rooms which I love is the new mini fridges now have a completely separate freezer on top with its own outer door. This is a huge help to me!

The beds were way too firm, felt like sleeping in the field on a military exercise. Besides that it was great.

It is right off the freeway and easy to find. There is also a lot of parking. There is a deli and ice cream shop near by.

Very well managed and friendly and helpful staff. While the free breakfast was good, the food and drinks available for sale at the hotel were minimal. (No wine for sale). There are no nearby dining options.

Fantastic location for a stop over. The staff Andrew was over the top friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was a notch above the regular breakfasts included places. They greet you with a cookie and they also had free beers and appies between 6pm and 7:30pm! Wow! Truly amazing!
