Good location and the room is spacious.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in an easy to access location with lots of free parking. Friendly staff, large rooms that are well presented with comfy beds. Restaurant is quite limited, the one of the top floor is not connected to the hotel so has to be paid separately. It is attached to the football stadium so may be interesting on a match day

room was cold and there air conditioning was not working. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Breakfast was poor. There is an orange fresh machine for juice in restaurant. Bed was very confortable

Functional hotel with clean comfortable rooms and easy parking (except perhaps if there's a football match on) Staff are very helpful and friendly. More a business hotel than a tourist one, although Aachen is fairly easily accessible

Excellent hotel, well maintained with nice, modern clean rooms with a cool contemporary feel. Reception is oddly small for a hotel of its size but that doesn’t mean much after check in. The food in the restaurant is excellent and cannot recommend the Carpaccio enough, so tasty, great service from friendly, cheery staff.

You need to know that this hotel is part of a soccerstadium, together with shops, restaurants etc. So do expect large parkings surrounding the stadium and a lot of ‚superstores‘. If you can handle that it is a convenient modern hotel with a nice restaurant. The rooms are a bit dark due to lack of sufficient light fixtures. In my case the bulb of the main om ne was broken, and although mentioned at reception in the morning, it did not get replaced. Besides that, a good place for a couple of nights during a business trip.

Very enjoyable

It was clean, nice restaurant and pleasant friendly staff who assisted us in moving to another hotel closer to Maastricht where we were expecting to be within walking distance of the concert square.

The hotel was close to quite a few towns which the staff were only too happy to tell us about. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was decent, but the service (when arriving late) was not so good. The overall experience did not meet my expectations.

Very nice hotel. I loved the location in the stadium, very nice and friendly staff for check in and at the restaurant.

Clean, tidy and modern. Not particularly luxurious but great for business-type stop overs. No complaints.

The staff at the des is polyglott, we tried English, German and Dutch, Its ideal for business people.

First thing to note - we were upgraded for free to an 'apartment' room which was a suite on the 4th floor. This room was absolutely wonderful with a lounge area, kitchenette and seperate double bedroom. We had a fantastic stay here during this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix. The hotel sits snugly in the border area of Holland, Germany and Belgium so plenty to see and do. Aachen is only 15 mins drive away which is great for a city trip with excellent restaurants. The hotel is located on the outskirts of a Dutch town but is surrounded by amenities and restaurants which are helpful if you have children! Superb breakfast (included in the price) with good range of hot and cold food. The Spa-Francorchamps circuit was only 45 mins drive away and we were in the venue an hour after leaving the hotel. This worked really well for us considering how many hotels are booked up / overpriced in the general vicinity of the circuit when F1 weekend comes around.

Hotel very good clean comfortable one minor problem when requested extra coffee for room. To eat locally options limited hotel basically on a retail park

It was quiet good stay in which I enjoyed being near football stadt .

Very nice stay with very courteous staff throughout, breakfast both hot and cold options available, with plenty of choice. Car parking is opposite the hotel with plenty of room to park and free which is a bonus. Only stayed one night as traveling through, so cannot comment on surrounding area. I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Easy parking. Restaurant and stores around the hotel within walking distance. Breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant. Clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel attached to a soccer stadium, be aware as an American - the room had a shower stall - no bathtub, a dispenser that had "body wash" so no soap or shampoo, and the hot water was scalding hot - be careful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again on my next visit to the area.
