Shalomrav, my wife and I are staying at your hotel from June 4th to June 9th. We arrived at the hotel and were given a very shabby corner room in the ceiling, there was a hole in the bathroom, and moisture from my time with an employee, which required us to contact you with room number 1212. Then we were given another room, 414, which in our opinion is disrespectful to Sartu Hotel, the phone in the room did not work on the first day, there was no room service , and there was no mini bar and no refrigerator, the curtains were torn, we went to the reception again and we were indeed sent a refrigerator that was dirty from the inside, without the contents of the mini bar, but the phone had not been repaired until this moment so that in every way we had to go down and of course we could not order new services, whenever it was necessary To contact you, we had to go up and down and wait in line for reception, it was simply not convenient. We are regular guests of the hotel and have stayed on several occasions and this is our favorite hotel in Batumi, despite the high price we always knew we would get value for money, unfortunately this time we were very disappointed and in my opinion we did not get value for the money paid, Sheraton hotels are known for their level of service and quality, so the disappointment is very big. Just to clarify Despite our requests, no action was taken and the feeling was that there was disrespect on your part.

It was not clean there was a geek in the room and the lavabo didn't works .i think its enough for a suit a5 1500$

The suite looks nothing like the pictures, the furniture is overused. The bathroom is very small, the bath top is super dirty with sticky material on the floor ( house keeeping tried to clean it, they couldn’t) You have to call each day for complementaries of the toilet, I had to buy my tooth brush and paste. Their English is very poor, they took my bed cover and they didn’t return it, I called the reception many times each time they get me something wrong a blanket, bed sheets. The supervisor of house keeping had to come herself with a mad face to see what do we want. Staff not all friendly. No coffee maker Literally my wort experience ever :)

AC system was not working at all , it was very hot … I contacted front desk many time they promised me to come and check with no show .. finally I found that the Hotel AC system is broken and they trying to fix. also bathroom maintains not so good licking water inside the room after shower general furniture is so so condition , do not expect fine 5 star hotel location was really good and the restaurant sky bar is amazing .

It was very comfortable when you consider the hotels in same area. Sheraton batumi is one of the best hen it comes to food and dining at skybar

It was an amazing experience! The pool is huge and the rooms have an incredible view.

The hotel has a an amazing location near and promenade and beach. Walking distance to most places. There is also a very good Turkish bath that was very relaxing. The outdoor pool is also good. My one issue would be the door card keys, they seemed to frequently not work. Also, some music from the bars can be heard in the room. Overall though, a good experience and I would go back and stay there for sure!

The best location and very welcoming staff, always happy to help.Great breakfast although it’s not included in a standard room rate. Great amenities however everything seems to be run down and not maintained. Sauna had hanging and broken wooden pallets, door handle to the gym was not screwed properly and just hanging. In a room our socket was hanging out from the wall which is a huge hazard when you travel with kids, one of the windows couldn’t properly close and had a massive gap. On a windy day it felt like you are outside. The biggest disappointment is that you can feel a cigarette smell everything from the swimming pool to the floor where your room is. Our floor had smoking and non smoking rooms and as soon as you come out from your room you feel strong cigarette smell in the hallway. Overall a good stay but certainly not a 5* experience.

Wheather was really good. Rooms was very clean. Great breakfast. There was an excellent indoor pool with a spa stuff.

It is a good hotel close at the beach and walking distance to amazing restaurants. Staff at the reception and room service is very attentive. Rooms are large and bed was comfortable. I had an amazing sea view room however at night was quite loud due to the clubs at the beach so it could be very disturbing if one wants a relaxing early night

Is a good hotel, maybe the best in town. Has everything you need 24/7 also the location is fantastic.
