Clean, comfortable, cold A/C, convenient location to Tx St campus and good price. The only issue that I had was the TV was tiny. Like a 19" or 24" screen.

I was locked out. My key stopped working the 2nd day. One of the 2 keys didn’t work at all and I had a few roaches in my room.

The man working the desk when we checked in was so sweet as well as the lady when we checked out. Good breakfast included and the hotel was clean and conveniently located. Would stay again!

For the price point its a good place if you are just needing a place to crash, Stayed 2 nights Bed was good.Room was clean. Bathroom was clean with alot of hot water which is a must for me. I requested to be put in very back away from highway and she accommodated me. I would stay again based on clean room and price

Everything thing was great

Room was tidy and bed was comfy. The continental breakfast was better than expected. The woman at the front desk was also very nice.

Air conditioner wasn’t working I woke up 3 times and had to turn it off and on a couple of times until it work… sheets were dirty and there was blonde hair in the sink area…

Understaffed. Comforter has cigarette burns.

Place is a cesspool…loitering, shady characters wandering property..felt so unsafe we just left even though we couldn’t get a refund. Found somewhere else on the fly that was a slight improvement

Very close to I-35 so auto and truck noise was constant.

Three night stay and the elevator was out of order for about half. Bad knee and third floor is not good. Also there was a lack of parking on Saturday night. People were forced to park off property. Breakfast was excellent, staff was helpful, coffee machines were great.

The property is older and could use some renovation, but my room was clean. Issue we noted was a large space under the door which would allow bugs and even a small rodent to get in. We rolled up a towel and put along the bottom of the door that night. In the morning, I saw one bug crawling across the floor as I was getting dressed. Our bed was very comfortable and I am hard to please with beds when I’m traveling the lamp on my side of the bed did not work, but we swapped it out with the lamp on the desk so that was an easy fix but the management should have done that already. The room itself was very musty smelling and the carpet was wet in front of refrigerator. Even with the air conditioning on the humidity in the room was pretty high. It was pretty much a typical room of an older hotel that needs renovation. You kinda get what you pay for.

Just what we expected!

Clean room but hot, AC did not cool room and people were talking outside the room all night. Pool was locked, and my friends room had no locks so she had to barricade the door with a dresser.

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Nothing to complain about. Staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty good.

Paid for room before hand and would not let me check in without a security deposit.

It’s a no frills motel but I feel even no frills should at least be clean and somewhat comfortable. The room stayed humid even with the a/c on. There were dead bugs in the room and the bed sheets looked clean but were stained. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Small TV ; holes in bedding; rude staff , very disrespectful and not helpful

Very poor condition. Musty and smoke smelling. Bed comfortable. Bathroom rundown but everything worked. Shower just ok. There was a small roach in tub.

Feasible

Not great. The towels are garbage and should have been replaced decades ago - much like everything in this place. Tub was scary and the bathroom door is damaged. The main deadbolt doesn't work nor did the door lock to the adjoining room. That wasn't our room either. The breakfast in the mornings is terrible. The eggs were very undercooked and the poor girl working by herself was overwhelmed. The only redeeming food were the waffles BUT, there is one iron and everyone was trying to get theirs. It took us nearly 30 minutes to get any. We had to "check out" to check back into our room to extend a day. Its was very odd. Broken down cars and other loitering that shows it's not a safe area.

Staff was very helpful. Older motel, nice pool, close to the highway. It got the job done for a two night stay to g eclipse chasing

I would not stay here again if it were the last hotel standing. Place was dirty ( someone’s dirty sock was in the corner behind the door) bathroom door wouldn’t close; door to the unit wasn’t much better. Go anywhere else.

It was fine

Staff was very nice and helpful. Property is a little older and worn down. Toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and the drain inside the tub wouldn't stay open during your shower.

No breakfast. They make you put a deposit you’ll never get back. Do not stay here whatever you do.

This place is very disgusting for a family wether or not you need a quick stay or not. Our deadbolt lock did not work on the door and the AC reeked of mold. I felt as if we were exposed to so much mildew overnight that it caused us to be congested for the rest of the day. Money hungry Indians is what the management consist of. Terrible customer service they will just make excuses and argue with you.

We were warned at checkin that my card would be charged if there was smoking in the room. As we pull up to our room there are sketchy people just sitting inside a car next to our room. Looked as if they were on the nod. IYKYK. Then we enter the room and it smells like smoke! As we are leaving to tell the front desk there was a gunshot sounding in the neighborhood behind the motel. We don’t stay. We left and made the drive back home. I don’t even want to argue a refund. Keep the money.

Second weekend in a row to stay here. Staff so friendly, easy to interact with, gave us the same room. Felt like coming home. Bkft was as expected for a motel. Sausage patties Scrambled eggs. Waffle. Yogurt. Etc.
