Hotel room is old and smells like old, floor carpet seems dirty. Shower is even worse, terrible flow and impossible to regulate temperature.
Personnel and service rescues this hotel; everyone is very friendly and helpful.

It was 85 degrees and no water in the pool. I booked extra days so i could be around the pool.
Also they do not water the plants at the entrance. I filled water bottles and did it myself. Other than that everything was excellent

I’ve stayed in a range of hotels in Queretaro as well as other cities in Mexico for work, all similar level and price to Hampton - this was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Breakfast not worth eating - lobby and rooms seem like they are from the early 1980’s. Many better choices in the are.

Breakfast is with very limited selection. Failed to delivery the room type as reserved. Registration counter was not to friendly.

The only benefit to this hotel was its location and proximity to the school around the corner. The property needs a refurbishment and some new pillows and bedding.
The worst part was paying just over $100 and receiving a connecting room that had no closet, therefore nowhere to hang our clothes, no iron or ironing board. We were handed coffee packs at the front desk but there was no coffee pot in the tiny coffee maker. No mini fridge or microwave and one bottle of water and two towels for four people.
My neck still is sore from the pancake pillows.

We stayed the night before an early morning flight. I had a wheelchair & a walker. They were very helpful .

Room was not ready upon arrival (even after local check in time had passed). Asked for a taxi the night before to be reserved and it was not. Airport shuttles is not existent and only for airline staff. Dissatisfied with my stay overall

I was very disappointed for the treatment I received from the Hotel's Staff.I was put in a smoking room and I couldn't sleep almost all night long due the cigarette smell.They told me that that was the only option I got since I made the reservation thru "expedia"I mentioned that I was a Hilton member and their response was "That doesn't matter you made the reservation Thru Expedia ".I won't ever return again to this Hotel
