Excellent and comfortable room and the breakfast was great. The pool was out of service unfortunately.

I've stayed here several times and the rating is always the same -top shelf. They introduced new pillow format, kind of like chicklets -thr pillows are wrapped up tight. A little weird but fine. The staff was pleasant and professional.

Whoever cleaned our room put cleaner all over our food that was in the refrigerator. We had a long road trip and could not eat any of our sandwiches, cheese and pepperoni.

The room was very clean and spacious. The king sized bed was comfortable. However, the satellite television did not work even after having someone come look at it, the phone did not work and there were issues with the heat. The heat would come on but when the heat wasn't running, a constant breeze of cold air could be felt. We ultimately left the HVAC off and the room stayed at 70 degrees.

Not real good… very plain… door key cards were terrible… they went out twice… no pictures or paintings or decor… breakfast was below average

We picked this property partially because it offered an indoor pool. We put on our swim trunks and found the pool had been closed since August 2024 by order of the health department. It's been 2 months why is this cool not fixed. Why is it's not listed as out of order on the website?

The first room we were in does not have tub grips, so upon entering the shower I slipped and fell flat on my back. The second room the shower head did not work at all. The third room was at least a working shower but I did lay a towel down in the tub so me or my elderly mother did not fall again. I will not be staying here again.

Pool was not working during our stay. Pool was the reason to book this hotel, so we had to go out to the park for our kids. The room was good and breakfast was also decent.

One of our worst stays!! Hotel description is not what you get. Description says it has a pool and hot tub. Pool was closed by health department. Hot tub was filled in with concrete.
On top of this, the business center was out of order, not a single ice machine worked in the entire hotel, the phones did not work in our room, and one of our TVs did not work in our room.
Basically, we had a room to sleep without any of the amenities the deacription stated. When we addressed the issues with the front desk, they said it will be added to a list . No apology or attempt to help us as a customer. We felt like we were being blown off.
Lastly, there was pubic hair in the shower before any of our group had used it. DISGUSTING!!!

The staff was awesome… But, my room door wouldn’t open, had to get help 3 times. Ice machine didn’t work. Carpets were worn and ugly. AC unit was not cold and couldn’t find thermostat. I canceled my stay and went to Hampton Inn across street.

I was disappointed in this hotel. This was my 3rd stay here. Its really gone down hill. The TV didn't work in the room. I brought to the attention of two different staff members. The manager was supposed to come fix but never showed up. There was a huge rip in the comforter. The tub backed up and took forever to drain. I noticed duck tap around the wall outside the elevator. The pool bathroom was filthy with dead bugs on the floor. Unattended children were unruley at the pool. To top all that off there was a man screaming profanities out in the parking lot. This is the first time i have not felt safe at this hotel.

We had two beds and a pull out from couch bed. But we wasn’t giving the things we needed the pul out bed. When asked they gave a sheet and blanket but no pillows. And not the complete bed spread. And the blankets we had on beds was ripped. I don’t feel like I should have to pay for the whole experience and only get half the experience. It honestly mad me so mad. Just make sure you do better after this.

When we arrived the ceiling was leaking water into the front desk. I checked in and proceeded to my room just to find that it smelled as if a dog had been present. I found dog hair which I am allergic to and the shower in the bathroom had not been cleaned. The soap from the last visit was still in the shower.

The staff was super nice and helpful; however, this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
The hotel allows pets. It has a horrible odor throughout. Floors have large stains throughout the corridors. The elevator sounded like it was going to fail at any moment. Our door lock was coming off the door, and I had to screw it back on. The rooms also smelled horrible. There were parts of the wall clearly meant to be repaired but had white spackle showing everywhere. The water was scolding hot and not appropriate for children nor adults. Dead bugs in the breakfast area.
Do not stay here.

My stay was terrible :Entrance was dirty. Trash can overflowing with trash, filthy carpet in the lobby, the hotel was overflowing with cigarettes smoke & etc .the pool was filthy, excercise room was filthy and sweltering- too much to say. Did not feel safe. I will never stay at a comfort (choice hotel ever again). Not as it appears online.

There were lightbulbs burnt out in the bathroom, not enough towels for our whole crew, no way to call the front desk, none of the three room phones worked. Upon walking to the front desk, was kindly ask to return in 20 minutes as towels were currently in the dryer. The door to the room stuck and made room re-entry difficult. The bathroom sink was clogged and had a slow drain. At breakfast, I discovered the waffle maker timer broken and informed other guests when they tried to use it, despite a worker being present the entire time. The maid staff also had a table and ate breakfast with the guests, which seemed odd. The is the first negative review I’ve ever given, but this hotel was a huge disappointment.

I picked a hotel with good reviews and found a hotel with sticky floors, a busted open mini fridge, a tv that had no service, a mattress with springs you could feel and a front desk wait for 10 minutes of no attendant. Were easy to please but this was rough. Never coming back. Makes us question these reviews.

Great place to stay. Room was big and comfortable. Bathroom floor and tub were slippery (film left on floor from mopping, no tread in tub, which was not good for accessible room). Indoor pool was very cold, not heated. Breakfast was good. Will return to property if we end up in the area again. One of the best places Ive stayed in a very long time.
