the inn was clean quiet breakfast was very good everything was good but it seemed that no one's was really there and we weren't able to check in early they said they couldn't check in because people were still checking out she never said if the room was ready she just said she couldn't but will call us when it was did bother to check ,once we came back they said our room was open earlier but never received a call but overall it was clean and i would stay again just for a night

I’ve stayed here in the past and liked it so much that I will continue to stay here. I travel here often with work and this property is in a great area and close proximity to my work. The staff are friendly, the front desk personnel are nice and the room was exceptionally clean. Great place to stay.

The tv in the jacuzzi area didn’t work. There was no remote to change the channel. There was a light bulb out in the jacuzzi area as well.

I came with my family on a business trip. The area was very nice. Close to downtown Manteca.

Had very positive interactions with hotel staff at every point. Staff was very customer focused. I very much appreciated the water that was provided to me when I was checking out. It was unexpected and very appreciated

Super easy check in and the beds were very comfortable. The best sleep I have gotten in a long time.

Very nicely clean and comfortable hotel near a plaza with food and some shopping just walking distance. A few blocks away are more shops, food and other activities. Breakfast is daily from 6am to 10am right across the main lobby. There is plenty of parking with access doors through front, back, and sides.

Customer service was the area I found myself frustrated and slightly annoyed. I am taking into account that after driving for hours my brain and body weren’t as carefree. I just had asked for a bathtub and once I made it to my room I was disappointed to see no tub. I had some errands to run before bed so I mentioned it to front desk on my way out the door. I returned to a different lady working and she just sounded like a broken record. However the next day the morning team at least were convincing enough and helpful that I ended up getting another room… with a tub. I just had to wait but they let me stay in the old room while I had to wait.

Very easy check-in with a very professional customer focused representative. I was even given a couple bottles of water and a couple little snacks and then the room was immaculate and comfortable was very very nice.

Great stay, the only issue I have is the check in time. They should work getting people checked in at earlier time.

The property was good, except the first night the king size bed had one side of the mattress on the floor and the second day we had to move to another room because they could not repair the bed.

The breakfast was bad

Dimitri provided excellent customer service during check-in, displaying a friendly demeanor. He also informed us about the complimentary coffee and tea available before we went to our room. Speaking of the room, it was clean and seemed to have been recently remodeled. We were on the 4th floor with a view of the parking lot. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit flat. Unfortunately, the walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbor's alarm go off at 6am. The breakfast at the hotel was good My 9-year-old particularly enjoyed making his own waffles using the waffle maker. The staff constantly maintained cleanliness by wiping down stations and restocking condiments. The breakfast options were plentiful, including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, bagels, english muffins, cereal, and fruit. For beverages, they offered juices, coffee (with my favorite hazelnut creamer), and a variety of tea packets.
