It met our needs and exceeded our expectations

We enjoyed the quiet room. Older room ( no USB charging ports ), quiet room outweighs a lot so I'll just leave it at that. We'll be returning next year.

The wings and the cheese/sausage platter were amazing.

The hotel its self is very nice and clean, the restaurant had decent food (7.5/10) and the staff was friendly. The gym was mediocre but you can’t expect much from a hotel gym. The area around the hotel wasn’t the greatest however there is a bar across the street that had excellent service.

Clean and quiet. Good choice if you need to be near MKE. Not a typical “airport hotel”. Very nice staff and clean facilities. Breakfast offering is more than adequate. Recommend for a quick stay.

Front desk clerk not at all helpful with our parking dilemma.we have stayed at your property at least 15 times. We wanted to leave our car in your parking lot from Saturday July 13 until Sunday July 21. We have a reservation to stay at your property on the 21st. He was of no help in helping us with issue of RNC taking place and said there was no parking allowed. I asked if he could call a manger to see if there would be an exception he said no. Again no help very disappointed with such poor customer service. I would have cancelled next Sunday but I have a non refundable reservation.

We arrived after midnight following a long flight and the customer service was excellent. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy. It was everything we needed for a one night stay.

Everything was just a bit better than most other similarly priced hotels. Nice details in the rooms. Small restaurant and bar popular with guests. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Enjoyed my stay

This hotel failed to tell me about the extra charges, such as breakfast and parking. The customer service was rushed. I would of loved if someone would of been upfront with me about the extra charges!

This hotel was great and the staff was very friendly, only downside is that Restaurant is under staffed and it takes time for them to get thru all people sitting. Also in 4 days there cleaning was never done to our room

Very clean hotel. Not impressed with the $10/day parking charge. Breakfast wasn't worth the $15.50/person they charged.

We flew in late (midnight) and the airport was empty. I was pleasantly surprised the Hilton had a shuttle bus running. Our room was comfortable and clean and very quiet. Breakfast the next day was tasty, but a bit pricey ($15 per person). Complimentary coffee was appreciated.

The staff at this facility were very congenial and highly responsive to their guests. The location is a good one for a variety of places to visit in Milwaukee. There are a lot of comfort measures around the hotel.

The hotel is convenient if you are flying out of MKE. Nothing is walkable near the hotel, though. There are a few restaurants within a mile or so. Heather at the front desk was nice. She gave us a room upgrade. The lobby has a big bar, plenty of seating, and is updated. The room was big with a sitting area and a bedroom (without a door). The rooms could use a little updating. It was clean and comfortable.

We were not able to spend time at the facility due to our demanding schedule. it was very good for my children and myself. Maybe next time we can have more time.

Close to the airport, clean room, friendly staff.

We prepaid for two rooms only to arrive after a very late flight to find our rooms were sold to other guests. Offered to put us up somewhere else in Milwaukee. Told them no and still waiting for a refund. Staff was extremely nice though.

Wet comfortable and convenient. Love they have a shuttle too.

Easy check in and out, convenient location.

It was mid, the toilet stuck and ran and the water pressure was quite poor. The shower did not have much hot water and little pressure.

Receptionist very friendly and knowledgeable. Shuttle driver excellent. Room very comfortable.

I booked a day in milwaukee for my wifes birthday on 5/18 i stayed in room 218. Checkin was great the gentleman did a great job. This one is on expedia. I checked the box to include breakfast and paid for it. There was nothing on my reservation that said breakfast included. The lady in the morning was great and gave us the voucher anyway. The room on appearance was great. Only issue we had there was a sticky spot on the floor on right side of jacuzzi tub. So this next problem is on the hotel. So we had a choice for breakfast either menu or buffet. I guess our mistake was choosing buffet. Great setup. The food was terrible. Everything was cold and im sorry but if your charging $15.95 per person you shouldnt serve stuff you would see at a continental breakfast. It was simply nasty.lesson learned order off the menu if your going to have their breakfast. I guess paying $300 for the room doesnt get you anything these days.

I like how clean and quiet the rooms are. Great staff. Great dining and bar.

Breakfast was mediocre for $113.00

Convenience to travel to the airport. Dining open till 10 p.m. and the bar open till 11 p.m. The area around the hotel seems quiet, we only stayed for a night.
