Great location to Hwy I81, but had to drive to restaurants. Did not offer an automatic coffee maker in the lobby. I like it when I can go in and choose the type of coffee/drink I want. The employee had to make the coffee and put in a carafe, which after it’s sat there for a while isn’t fresh and/or hot.

The one complaint I have is that there was no regular coffee packets in the room, only one decaf.

Room has good space, a decent enough bathroom, and LOTS of lights, but there seems to only be one accessible set of outlets. Overall, the hotel is easy access off the freeway and to the rest of the town. Recommend.

The first room I was given smelled like cat pee and the couch was stained. I asked for a different room and the room I got had stains on the carpet and the TV remote was missing and they couldn't find one to work with the TV.
The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I thought I would have a better quality room from Wyndham.

The check in staff on 9/28/24 was excellent. Welcoming, efficient and helpful. The senior person was training a new hire and both were exemplary.

Good option for a clean comfortable reasonably priced room.
Pay VERY close attention to driving directions as the entrance to hotel is a block away and through dimly lit streets and parking lots.
Hotels dot com advertises this hotel has breakfast but other than do it yourself waffles theres no hot food included

Having stayed at a Microtel recently, we knew exactly what to expect. We opted for a room with 2 queen beds. We were stopping off there since it was halfway to our final destination. The room was not large, but big enough and clean. Unfortunately, we had a rough ride up and we were both Ill but the hotel was a welcome sight once we got there. As we were staying on a mid-week night there are no hot options for breakfast. Again, we knew exactly what to expect.

Went to get some breakfast, which was supposed to be going for over an hour more when we went. But the shelf were pretty much empty. We were very disappointed. I'd include pictures, but the photo button isn't working.

The carpet in this hotel was FILTHY. Chairs were dirty, redshirt had crap on it. I hated it. Very noisy by the highway. Not sure who gave this place a high rating. Breakfast sucked.

I have stayed here 2 times previously and not had a problem with my room. But this time my room was on the third floor not the first and it was a huge difference. The room was much shabbier. Things were not as nice. Stains on the carpet chunks of paint missing. The bathroom was not in anywhere the same shape. On the 2nd day of my stay the plastic arm in the toilet tank broke and I told the front desk and on day 6 it's still broken. I used a shoe string so I can flush the toilet.

Water pressure was super weak. What is usually a 10-15 process for me took about 40 and still didn't get rid of all the suds. I also couldn't seem to get the room cool enough. The thermostat was set at 65 but I was sweating the whole time. Those are pretty much my only complaints. Everything was very clean and the staff was pleasant. That and the price make the pros outshine the cons.

It seems to be improving. My room was clean the lobby was clean. In The room I had, the shower pressure was much better than I had experienced in the past which was appreciated.
The staff is always very nice! I only have good things to say about the staff.

For the price it was a great little hotel. The breakfast was eh and the water pressure was bad but the place was clean, the staff was very friendly and I had a great night of sleep. I would stay there again for a one night stop through.

The couch was filthy, the room door was graffitied. The trash by the main entrance look like it hadn’t been emptied for a few days. There was a pile of trash all around it. The carpet when you first walk in the lobby was duct taped down and filthy. Come on you can do better than this!!!

Breakfast was adequate, seemed to be missing some items, empty cabinets midway through meal time. No one was monitoring to make sure things stayed stocked, ie no milk for cereal. Everything thing else was good.

The beds had sinkholes in them making sleep almost impossible. The water pressure was lower than the rain. Look for someplace else.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, buy my stay was impacted negatively when I was informed I could not earn points for my stay because I booked through Expedia. Although I understood I could not get an extra discount, because Expedia had given me one, I don't think its fair I don't get the points I earned by staying. It seems petty and miserly. I will stay at another chain with more customer appreciation next time.
