Had a difficulty at first coming in because of the mistake on my part on the wrong date, but the lady behind the counter out standing Lizzie, I think is her name she was fabulous. She was able to correct the situation she was able to do just wonderful I really love her. She does such an excellent excellent excellent job and I want to say thank you to her for me staying here.

It was easy to find, clean, bright and had a decent breakfast.

Overall it was good, but was disappointed to be told we could be brought over to the Hard Rock Hotel in the evening (At 7:00pm) then when we went to the front desk, we were told the shuttle wasn’t there, that it was “offsite for atleast an hour) So we had to make alternate plans since we did not want to drink and drive after the casino.

My air conditioner would not go lower than 69. Still waiting on the outrageous $125 incidentals to go back to my debit card. Which is ridiculously high for a Hilton rewards member or anyone for that matter.
One person could print me a receipt but another person behind the counter argued with me that she couldn’t do it. Need better training but I will not stay here next time in town.

This hotel could not have a better location within short walking distance of Walmart,Walgreen,Hard rock casino and the Lodge bar. Gym and pool are good and staff are very friendly. Breakfast same as most hotels.

Our King room was very roomy. I liked that by the time I got to the room, Lindsay, the woman at the front desk, had sent a text welcoming us to the hotel and asking how the room was. I thought it was great that I could text her with any issues we had. We didn't have any issues but it was nice to know we could text her right away.

Nice town. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. (Casinos too). The hotel room was nice and spacious. The bathroom sink was built for someone 6’4”. Unfortunately, I’m only 5’4” - not very usable.
