The shower water control knob is falling off, the shower grout is turning black and the caulking is missing in spots. The shelf under the mirror in the bathroom is bent down so far that if you put a cup on it, it would slide off. The chairs are filthy dirty and look like they have never been cleaned. I thought I booked and paid for three days stay but they argued I didn't so I had to pay for an extra day even thou i didn't stay there for it. I know there are things out of their control like the guy that showed up in the middle of the night with no muffler on his car and woke everyone up, or the family that came in at 3am and played their music so loud you would think that you were at a rap concert. I get it, that this is not the top rated motel but the door lock falling off and spots on the bathroom ceiling tells me that management just doesn't care.

Got the hot-tub room. After filling it (2 hours to fill), the jets would turn off and on randomly, even if jets were set to "off", have to unplug to get the jets to shut off. The heater doesn't work to keep the water hot. Walking through the room would cause the TV to go out. Place was low priced, staff was very nice! Wasn't very impressed with amenities. I would recommend spending the extra $20 for a nicer place.

I stayed here for 10 days and have no complaint. The room was clean. It was quiet. There was a refrigerator and microwave. Excellent value for the money. I will stay here again when I’m in the area.

Didn't have room that was reserved, but charged me for it. given a smaller room with single bed. Charged me $60. No Heat, room was cold! The heat was turned down to 50 degrees, floor/ baseboard heat. Room didn't get to above 65 degrees until after 5 AM.

It was ok I did not like location actually had a friend stay with my stuff while I went to concert and the staff was harassing them won’t stay again.

Well, it was a cheap one night stay. They didn't have confirmation of the reservation which took time to process. The room was comfortable enough. The shower worked, but a very interesting layout to the room. Very cramped.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. Door didn’t close completely. There was no heat. It was old, outdated and smells like mildew. There were old chairs outside with shredded cushions:. A local police officer made comment that we must not be from area. With no other options for hotel we stayed one night and demanded refund next day. Chose to stay on family’s couch rather than waste the money.

It started out poorly as the hotel initially had no record of my reservation. I was then put in a lousy room. Despite how cheap the room is, I expected better. On the other hand, I really appreciate that I was moved into a better room after one night. Over all, although the staff is trying, the hotel needs to be refurbished.

Looked like a placd where homeless people st as stay..they could not find my prepaid reservation..to get into the shower you have to squeeze between two walls about 22 inches between walls was not easy. Not happy at all do not stay here

My stay at the Bay Motel was really well! The lady at the check in window was friendly upon arrival and helpful throughout my stay. Id recommend this place to most people. No it isnt a Hampton Inn, so dont expect that. However it is a clean room, cold fridge, bug free room.

I found a bed bug the size of a dime sitting on the lamp next to the bed when I got out of the shower. I thought I had killed it and started to get dressed to show it to the front desk lady then realized the bug had escaped the toilet paper I had it in. Also the room was very hot. Someone came in your room after we left and turned the AC on fan and I didnt realize till the next morning. I just thought the AC didnt work well. But I noticed the next morning when I got in the fridge to get breakfaat that someone turned the frige way down too so our food and drinks got warm. I remember the settings I put everything on. Will not recommend to anyone.

I booked this hotel because of the price and the fact it says it has wifi.I pull in on a very hot and humid day and after ringing the bell for service at the front desk I am greeted by an extremely huge man, who has the presence that I am interrupting him. I give him my ID and he then proceeds to talk incessantly about something I dont even remember. Meanwhile the office does NOT have AC, and I am getting more and more uncomfortable. I finally get my key and get to my room.The room has a stale smell to it. The AC unit is extremely loud. The bathroom is a hazard. Then I find out the wifi is not working. I contact the office and he tells me it should be and will look into it. After leaving and coming back I check he wifi again and it still is not working. I go to the office and this time I have the sense, I am really interrupting him.He basically tells me oh well.I spend as little time as necessary in the room. The loud AC makes it hard to sleep. Getting to the shower is dangerous as it is a narrow step down to the tub andthe shower head is hard to use.When it was time to leave I was glad to get out of there.I have a family event coming up later in the year and I will make sure no one uses this hotel.
