The bathroom was slightly dirty with shoe prints and random hairs but it did look like it had been cleaned. The desk failed to tell me about pool, fitness, or breakfast hours.

Short walk to Riverwalk. Nice pavilion area on one side of the river and a beautiful public park on the other side. There are paths along both side of the river for a scenic walk/bike ride. Plenty of places to eat. Went on a Sunday so a few things were closed (Planetarium, Wenonah River Cruise). The one thing we found odd were the electric scooters everywhere that you could rent ($14 for 1/2 hour) but you CAN’T ride them on the sidewalk. Not sure I’d want to ride them in the street.

The staff was super friendly! Clean rooms, comfy bed, nice pool, beautiful views, within a walk away to the water and various restaurants. Even after checkout they let me keep my vehicle parked in the lot so I could walk the pier and visit shops all day.

Room was nice and fairly clean, but a restaurant across the street has live ourdoor music from 6pm - 9pm and makes the room unusable at the time to due noise. Wanted to relax before dinner and heard Frank Santra songs for the entire time. Wouldn't stay here again for this reason.

Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and will plan to visit again.

Liked having an end unit on the second floor. Did not like the heavy footed guests in the room above us, we were in 201. They stomped around until after midnight and then continued their heavy footed activities early morning. No human should ever have to stomp so much, no respect for other guests.

This Marriott property is very nice! The rooms are quit spacious and very well appointed! Cleanliness is top-drawer! The staff are super friendly, accommodating, and very helpful! I was in the city on business and the free WiFi is quite fast and that was a good thing! There is a Real Seafood Company right next door, so that's big "thumbs up," as well! Highly recommend this hotel when you're in the Bay City area!

I forgot to request hypoallergenic bedding, but when I checked in they quickly prepared a room for us. The staff was friendly. The hotel was quiet and clean. The room was spacious and the shower was nice. There are plenty of dining options in the area. This was our first visit here and will stay again next time we are in the area.

Our room had a wet area of the room floor emanating from the AC. Front door was a slider and it needed servicing and our room was on the second floor above the door so all night whenever the door opened or closed it sounded like someone was dragging a metal can across our room

Everything went extremely well. A Nice, clean, and comfortable stay. Except I could hear people walking around upstairs over me. It didn't stop until after 11:00 pm and started again around 7:00 am.

Second time in a month I stay at the property. I was impressed the first enough to book a family stay there a second time. I really liked the location of this property. Eateries literally a block walk from the property.

Really wonderful. Nice staff, right on the edge of the Saginaw River. Walk under 100 ft to a steakhouse, seafood place, luncheon cafe, or pizza parlor.

The property was nice. Looks new and modern as well as around the property. $10 extra for breakfast was a little disappointing. Walked around the corner and found a nice breakfast/lunch place. Literally a 10 yard walk to the Riverwalk. Pizza place, Ice cream, seafood place, and a gem I found Sushi Mix with bubble tea. Starbucks 1 block away. Room was big and clean. Really good for the price I got for 2 day during the week.
