The heater in the room was very noisy. The engineer checked it twice but there was no improvement. In the middle of the night it sounded like a steam kettle was ready to blow. The hotel was very full and they didn't think they could find another room so I had to use earplugs to sleep.

The hotel has a great reception area and bar, but once you proceed the property needs a good cleaning and attention to wear! The elevator, carpeting, and walls need a refresh from small damage and dirt. The room, while comfortable and spacious needs the carpet and floor tiles SCRUBBED! The safe had been breached with the front torn off and so was no longer operable. I hate to see this good little cation neglected. VERY nice staff and kiosk selections. Pretty bar. Do better, corporate!

I had a very late check-in but it went smooth and promptly. So thank you much, I was tired after a long day of travel. The accommodations was absolutely great, clean, nice decor, comfortable and quiet! And the price was right! "I'll be back!"

It looked nice overall and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. But the small details were off such as flimsy pillows, shower gel bottle nearly empty, one floor frame was not fully attached in the room.
They do offer to hold your luggage which is super convenient if you have a lot of time between hotel stay and travel arrangements.

Centrally located in Harlem, close to 125th street metro station. Inside ok but did not get blown away. Extremely loud air conditioning. Missed old fashioned ironing board. Staff moderately interested in taking care of their guests.

A little pricy for one night. Over $300 spent, but there’s no room service, the tv options are limited, and the air conditioning is inconsistent. That being said it served its purpose for my trip
