Service was good, location was good. The room is a little ‘tired’ and could do with more sprucing up. A few more mod cons such as USB power points would’ve been nice. We got a room with very little natural light and the only window in the room faced a brick wall.

It was in a very good location, had good services and spacious rooms.

For the premium price, there is a lot of maintenance required - half the lights don’t work, fixtures loose and crooked, poor maintenance all round. Pillows were flat and bed not comfortable.

Staff were knowledgeable and looked after us. Suite was terrific for an extended stay. Close to city, markets and wharf.

Loved staying at Mantra. The spacious room and comfortable bed made for a relaxing experience. Having a washer/dryer made my longer stay much easier (clothes-wise). I had a great view from the 5th floor. The hotel desk staff graciously offered help whenever needed. And, I could get to the Salamanca Market in about 3 minutes walk!

The apartment building is in excellent condition. Unsurprisingly, the room is impeccable condition, cleanliness and facility wise. I love the location which is near the Salamanca and waterfront attractions. It is also walkable to conveniences and tings I like to see.

Stayed here for 8 nights. A great start to the stay was the easy check-in and very friendly and helpful reception staff. Then we were pleasantly wowed by the size of the room that had a huge living area. No claustrophobia here.
The only down side was the mattress. It had definitely seen better days. I would stay here again.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants, the city, wharf and Salamanca precincts. Comfy bed. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment, only to find that the bedroom is not separated from the rest of the room - it does not have a door to close it off. We paid for a 1 bedroom apartment to have some privacy in the room at night if one person was not sleeping well, so we were NOT happy about that at all. It would be appreciated if the description was changed to "studio", with bed in an area set off to one side of the apartment. We could also hear people coughing in the room next door from our bedroom.

Are apartment was huge. Great separate living room. Pity windows looked out on a brick wall. Excellent bathroom and comfortable bed. Location near Salamanca Place and harbourfront was fantastic.

Proximity to markets was great! Apartment had everything we needed for our stay! Couldn't get wifi on my phone, someone was to contact me to try and rectify it, but that didn't happen, so was disappointed with that!
