It was nice

1 st night room was not as described when booked there was no refrigerator no microwave the Shower did not work and the Tv didn’t work. We switched rooms the next morning that night the shower flooded the room and they didn’t have any extra towels to clean it up . Once again we changed rooms the next morning. The 3rd room the sheets and blanket were dirty we had to go and ask for clean linens and change them.

Roach infected

While booking, Expedia mentioned there is breakfast included but the property said its not provided. The key card didnt work and the front desk lady had to manually open it with a key. The door handle had something sticky on it, which we had to cleaned. The bath tub had rust spots on it. There were no hangers to hang our clothes. Iron box was also not provided.

First impression. Oops should have checked reviews first. Only good thing. We were highly motivated to find an apartment......fast. Requested refund for unused days from property management. Request was denied. No bed bugs or roaches. Shower head fell off. Couch was scary. Property is scary. Elvis's song caught in a trap comes to mind. Avoid this property. You have been warned. 😳

Trust the reviews, we had no pillows in the room, and the AC was broken. I don't recommend this hotel to stay in, unless you are on a very, very tight budget.

Quit place to relax

Well after a 4 1/2 hrs. drive. We were pretty well exhausted checked in went to the room to find out there were no pillowcases or nor blankets or bedspread on the bed. We asked the attending personnel about the room not having it ready. Couldn't give us an answer. So, we asked for a bedspread blanket pillowcase, and we put it on ourselves. The room was kind of bare it could have used more furniture like chairs a table or desk. no phone only one Nite stand. Went to take a shower and the temp was just luke warm had the knob all the way to hot still warm water. bed was lumpy as the pillows were too. Got up the next morning went to a meeting arrived back to the room around 3pm and our bed still not made dirty towels on the floor. I couldn't believe it. Went to the checkout couldn't stay another night and I asked why the room still not tended to. The reason they gave me is that the workers didn't come to work and working short staff. We just left cut my loss. They should have pay me to stay instead of me paying them. I could go on and on about the stay but would run out of time.

The amenities that are supposed to be included with the rental are not what I was given. My room did not have a microwave, trash can, and the towels were limited. When I had ask the front desk clerk to see about putting a microwave in the room he stated that the owner did not like moving things around. After a bit of a discussion they moved me to another room that had a microwave and refrigerator but did not have any tables or furniture at that. It had trash in the trash can and no towels at all. I had to ask for towels three times and when I requested a late check out of 1 hour they gave me a hard time and we're only able to allow me 30 minutes after check out. I believe that paying almost $90 for a room one should be able to utilize all the appliances and amenities that are provided in the details when booking the room. Some may say this is false advertisement and technically they are in the wrong for not having the rooms prepared at check in.

We had stayed at this property many years ago. We wanted to try it again because we love the size of the beds and it's close to some areas that we visit. However this time we were not very pleased with a few items. No breakfast in the morning, hot water was not available and had to be turned on, and the property seems to not be well kept. We had a good night's sleep but we will most likely not recommend to anyone due to our recent experience.

This was my worst experience yet. The hotel owner was rude. No help at all, i told him that the room i had reserved had roaches and bedbugs. He denied it and said it was his first time hearing about roaches even after showing proof. The hotel is just Unsanitary in general.
