Cockroaches found in room and hallway. Too much construction. No pool nor jacuzzi operable.

Only a weekend visit but surprised by the neatness and cleanliness of the hotel. Also, a modern feel to it. Good value for the money.

Just wish the breakfasts were a little better. Sweet rolls perhaps. Terrible breakfast sausage. But overall acceptable breakfast

Absolutely impressed with the service, cleanliness, 10/10 Even i that when we stayed they were doing some Improvements everything’s was. Perfect , nice size rooms beds very comfortable. Rooms sound proof variety of restaurants in the area, and very safe .

Half of the parking lot is blocked off, parking was very difficult, basic amenities not provided no flexibility in checkout times

Place has some construction going on. Lobby restrooms closed. Breakfast was great! Room was spacious and comfy. House keeping was good and very friendly. Front desk clerk was friendly and professional just didn’t give me the usually things to know while you stay. Location is good and close to highway and restaurants.

We’ve stayed here previously and have loved our previous stays. But this time our stay was just awful no amenities what so ever. The pool was closed and the lobby restrooms were out of order as well as the gym was not working at all. And the washer was out of order. Super disappointed with our stay we are lucky that the breakfast was open. I hope they get their issues soon. I would really hate to take my business elsewhere.

We had not been told the pool wouldn’t be in service . We would have chosen a different location. That was a must on our list since we were in Texas where it was over 100 degrees. Also had repairs going on which started loud noises around 8am every morning

The hotel was under renovation. When I checked in , the desk was taped off . No one told me where I could stand or not stand because the floors were being worked on . Everything was taped off . Dust everywhere .

Everything was very clean and front desk was so nice! There’s currently construction happening so that wasn’t great but at least they are updating! Breakfast was great .. Would stay here again!

While the property has some nice qualities, and extremely friendly staff, had I known that they were doing construction I would not have booked it. A heads up would've been nice. Rooms need a little more detailed cleaning but are kept up.

The front desk staff was super sweet. The room was clean and freshlike.

The stay was great from the start with an easy and friendly check in with Serena. The hotel was clean. There was the odd fly or two in the room but that would be my only complaint. I would suggest having a dairy free milk option with your otherwise satisfying breakfast. The furnishings in the room were nice. The hotel was quiet and felt safe. The surrounding area was also. Love the full length mirror and lighting in the bathroom. The offer to have complimentary forgotten items such as toothpaste and shower cap provided was much appreciated. Overall a good pick to stay at if in the area.

We had a quiet pieceful stay. No kids running the hallways or loud noises. I loved that I was able to sleep in and not hear the cleaning people yelling or banging doors. So I appreciate that. Beds not so comfy but for 3 nights it was ok.
Close to town and restaurants. We always stay here when traveling to Harlingen.

I had a very late arrival due to horrible flight scheduling cancellations gate changes and host of other problems on Southwest Airlines so I finally got to the hotel at midnight. The lobby was well lighted, and the desk agent was quick to help me get to my room. I was very comforted That I was able to get some rest after the horrible flights.
